Une belle adresse mais attention à ce qu’annonce la réservation
Pros:

Hôtel moderne et très propre près de Catelammare Del golfo. Belle piscine. Bon restaurant. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Plage privée incluse avec navette. Parking sur place gratuit. Personnel très serviable.
SPA sur place très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Je mets 9 bien que je n’ai pas du tout été satisfaite de la chambre que nous avons eue et qui ne correspondait pas à la réservation. La chambre deluxe devait comporter canapé et terrasse. Nous n’avons aucun des deux. Par ailleurs, les lumières de la piscine le soir tard étaient très gênantes car le rideau ne fermait pas complètement. La porte d’entrée est très difficile à ouvrir.

Pros:

Fantastyczny hotel!!! Bardzo przyjemnie urządzony, cichy i spokojny, z fajnym basenem i dużym, prywatnym parkingiem. Pokoje przestronne, ładne i czyste, codziennie sprzątane oraz codziennie uzupełniany mini bar (duży wybór napojów). Fantastyczne śniadania w miłej atmosferze. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Lokalizacja nie jest idealna ale do prywatnej, piaszczystej plaży z bezpłatnymi parasolami i leżakami wozi klientów hotelowy bus (co 30 minut). Spędziliśmy tam 5 cudownych dni. Dziękujemy!

Beautiful hotel but family oriented
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The access to the beach was convenient. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

The property is very removed from restaurants and shops. Very secluded! The resort is labeled as a spa but the pool was filled with children. Not what we expected from a spa resort

Zu empfehlen wenn man dann von den Ferien nochmals Ferien zuhause braucht.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Strand, aber die Aussage direkt am Strand stimmt so nicht! Dazwischen befindet sich noch eine Strasse und Bahnlinie! Somit hoher Lärmpegel. Es gibt auch keine schönen Fusspromenaden! Das Hotel bietet stattdessen einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice zum Strand an.

Cons:

Die Hellhörigkeit! Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel dürfte man hier viel mehr Ruhe erwarten. Der Lärmpegel war extrem hoch. Es gibt keine klaren Regeln! Der Fernseher von einigen Leuten lief bis in die Morgenstunden! Eine Familie über uns war bis um 1.00 Uhr morgens mit Möbelrücken beschäftigt. Also mit einem Spa Hotel hat dies leider gar nichts zu tun. Da sollte der Hotelbesitzer einmal nach Tirol fahren! Am Wochenende dann der Knaller. Laute Musik und Geschrei von einem Strandrestaurant bis morgens um 2.30 Uhr!

A super hotel in a great location
Pros:

We had the most wonderful week at this hotel and would highly recommend. The family room was a good size for the four of us and all of the beds very comfortable, a good quality of bedding and mattress, and the hotel and rooms in general to a high standard of cleanliness. It's the small things that make the biggest impact, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and a bottle of wine that was sent to our room. The staff were excellent, particularly Catherine who helped me when I had an issue with work I needed to solve with regards to needing a private office and Wi-Fi temporarily. The pool is fantastic, Alessandro who runs the pool bar extremely kind and professional. The beach access and shuttle service is well thought, and being able to use the sister hotel down at the beach was a really great touch. The spa is the hidden gem in this hotel, we had a very nice massage and spa experience. The food is also very good, good quality. We had a great week and we will certainly be back.

Very good hotel!
Pros:

Extremely nice hotel!
Large and very clean rooms, nice and friendly staff and a good value for money.
Also the pool was perfect, very clean and large.
The breakfast was perfect for starting a good vacation day, with a good variaty of cheeses, cold cuts, local desserts, coffees.
We would definitely come back when in Sicily!

Cons:

Hotel déjà cher qui facture en plus la zone spa

Hotel qui a de super personnel mais qui sont vêtu de façon absolument pas adapté à la saison estivale ! La direction ferait bien de revoir le confort vestimentaire de leur personnel qui souffre visiblement de la chaleur

Restaurant beaucoup trop copieux et faiblement varié ( toujours des pâtes ou risotto)

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – from the reception staff and waiters to the wellness team, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily, including separate towels for the pool and the beach. The facilities were excellent and everything was very well maintained.
Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. The only small suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of children’s meals on the lunch and dinner menu.
The beach is easily accessible by the hotel shuttle, which takes only about 3 minutes.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, great facilities and very high standards of cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
