Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities, and the staff was always willing to help us getting a taxi or some advice about tourism. Fabulous pool and restaurant

Location, pool and Garden, food quality
Staff at the reception are very helpful especially Artenisa, super supportive and professional

Cons:

The crew at the restaurant night shift are rude, didn’t let us sit on the terrace even though we were staying at the hotel.
They don’t come to take the order, they should be replaced as they are ruining the hotel reputation
Gym is very bad

We reserved a room for two adults in the booking. We checked in at the reception and paid for a room for two adults with the same receptionist, so he knew there were two of us. When we got to the room, the bed was very small. We raised this issue the next morning, but the receptionist told us that the room was intended for one person and was very impolite. We paid for a room for two adults but were given a room for one person. This was unacceptable.
