I booked room 16 on the top floor, the room was clean, but there was no hot water to shower for 5 days, the toilet did flush, full of human waste. I am fluent in spanish, the maintenance boy knew nothing how to fix it, (it was the water pump). The cleaning lady let me shower once in a dirty room. This place is not maintained. I messaged the hostess multiple times with whatsapp, they used an automated robot response and did absolutely nothing. 6 days unable to shower. They stole my money and disgraced Polanco Mexico.

Las paredes son muy delgadas y tuve que escuchar intimidades de otros huespedes.
Llovió y entro agua bajo la puerta.
Aadicional llegue en la madrugada y avise y sin embargo no fejaron la llave donde indicaban y pase mucho susto hasta que abrieron la puerta.
A pesar de que el personal fue muy amable estuve muy asustada.
Las sabanas y la cama no se sentian limpias.

Le falta equipo en la cocina, tuvimos que pedir cuchillo, cafetera, platos, secador, necesitan tener bien equipa la cocina con lo necesario como moldes, jarra, vajilla completa para 4 personas.

Muy limpio, baño, cama limpios. El baño se inunda por que la cortina de plástico de la regadera está muy corta, olor a caño, tuvimos que dejar correr el agua un rato para bajar el olor, pero todo huele a humedad. La cama rechina parece que en una vuelta se cae, entra mucha luz, mucho ruido, no sirve el volumen de la tele, no tiene suficientes trastes por ejemplo solo un vaso para 2 personas, no tiene toalla de manos. No nos gustó, muy caro para lo que es.
