For a five star hotel they should offer domed sort of breakfast
Pros:

Clean and pretty

Cons:

No really any breakfast available
Starbucks there didn’t have much choice

Overall pleasant and convenient location.
Pros:

It was close to family. Lights on trees were beautiful at night. Fall colors of trees were gorgeous.
The porter was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Front desk staff not very friendly.
Noisy due to wedding celebrations.
No real breakfast except for Starbucks and Sunday brunch.
No fan in bathroom, bathroom floor edges could have been cleaner.
Room service never answered phone.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever booked.
Pros:

Property was beautiful. Very impressed with everything. Restaurant was very good. All staff members were very nice. I was very happy I booked this hotel.

Cons:

Hard to complain about this place. I was offered a free coffee and was instead charged $6. That was the only complaint and it was not a big deal. There were also numerous weddings on the property and there were some loud people in the hallway.

The location was the site of the wedding we were attending so it was great. The room was nicely designed and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There could have been a coffee machine in the room. the handle on the shower could not be secured.
