Beautiful, very clean accommodations with first class staff.
Pros:

Quick and easy check in. Extremely Clean. Level of service.

Cons:

No pool. The hospitality suite on my floor was noisy late after curfew.

Room did not have a blind. Could not accommodate a replacement.
Pros:

Room did not have a window blind and was facing an open parking lot with lights that were on all night and directly across was a hotel that you could see into. Staff was unable to accommodate, either replacing the blind or changing room rooms. Therefore, my daughter and I did not enjoy our stay.

Cons:

The poor accommodations of the room.

Allowing dogs on property. A hotel of this caliber and price should not have barking dogs waking you up in the middle of the night.

Nice rooms, good ambiance, everything looks great.

Cons:

The room doors has a large gap at the bottom and anyone speaking in the hallway you can hear the noise. Because it’s an event hotel, and a lot of weddings take place there. Too many drunk people at night.

Nice property, with great rooms and very clean. Not really a full hotel experience.
Pros:

It is a nice hotel in beautiful grounds.

Cons:

It did not offer a full hotel experience. There is no breakfast other than a coffee bar and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The restaurant closes early and the option of room service is only available when the restaurant is open.
