thanks for offering to change rooms from the consturction noise.. luckily we were out and about during most of it. thanks for your consideration.
The room was nice and cozy.
The room reserved was not available and was already given to someone else. Thankfully we were given a room that was able to accommodate our party. There is a bar in the hotel and it was noisy most of the nights we stayed, including Sunday until 4am, the room had a window that coincided with the bar, we couldn't sleep much.
Location
A lot of noise, no water, sink clog, doors hard to open and close.
Location is Phenomenal.
Staff are very helpful.
Rooms are very clean with very nice interiors.
WiFi is not working inside the room.
Super cool. There's others reviews that go in depth about it. Trust me you'll like it. Wish I could have stayed a second night.
I love art and an eclectic vibe. BUT, this hotel badly needs an editor and stager. It is so full of oversized furniture that spaces feel cramped and crowded. Cool looking chairs but not one is comfortable. Art spread out everywhere; little white space would be a visual welcome.
Our room had so much furniture it felt a bit claustrophobic, lacked functionality- no place to hang clothes, no closet or armoire, one hook and a huge dresser with drawers. If at the beach a dresser is ok for shorts but in the city I have clothes that need to be hung. Terrible lighting in bathroom—- took a small mirror to window for morning makeup:/ The bed was comfortable. Had bothAC and fan. The shower was nice and large. Beautiful stone sink. The window in our room faced the cantina- loud at night. Staff super nice but not very knowledgeable- asked about a good restaurant nearby and they didn’t know.
- Fun to look at but would balance art with more function
Lovely property. Very nice staff. Decor was fantastic!
Nothing
This hotel was so beautiful! It is definitely a small boutique hotel but you feel like you are the only one here. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Some of them only speak Spanish just a heads up if you are not fluent in the language. I had an amazing time here.
The breakfasts was delicious, excellent service.
excellent location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the area felt very safe. The hotel was quirky and had character
They ‘currently’ have a night porter problem. He was sleeping outside our room, set an alarm (mariachi music) - managed to sleep right through it but woke us up. We managed to stop that but then two nights later when I went to investigate noise outside I couldn’t get back into the hotel - who knows where the night porter had gone to sleep that night!
And there can be a bit of noise from the local bars - particularly at the weekend.
Location was good. A little noisy on weekend nights due to the vicinity of clubs but otherwise solid.
The room was dirty. I opened a drawer and there was an old receipt. My girlfriend found a condom wrapper under the bed. Absolutely not ok. I’m not sure who’s cleaning the place, but that’s nasty.
Everyone was wonderful, great looking hotel, exceptional all the way. Magnificent art!
This is like an art museum with a small hotel. The location is great, close to lots of food and bars. We were doing a tour to tequila and the meeting place was a 5 min walk so this area is popular.
The coffee in the morning was old. No breakfast was included so not a big deal. And there are lots of breakfast places very close to the hotel.
Clean and accessible
Needs more lighting
Either lamps or ceiling lights
And larger mirror to get dressed
Mal porque no he recibido mi factura y necesito comprobar gastos. Más de 4 días para una factura es inaceptable.
