Perfect oasis for couples
Pros:

The property was just as describe and the stay was amazing

Cons:

The next door neighbor was playing loud music till really late and there’s really no noise cancellation in this place

Transported to another destination with just a short drive.
Pros:

I love the private hot tubs and the themes of the rooms; Asia, Africa, etc.

Cons:

In the colder months the water is warm, not hot. Maybe it is solar heated?

loved the room, did not like the set-up nor the location

the creative appointed rooms and the friendly girls at the check in

Cons:

dusty and deserted location no amenities in the room..advertised as an hotel it was merely a gated garden with 5 private cabanas...good for one romantic nite..as the cabanas are open air you might be entertained by noisy neighbours

On checking out we asked to see the other rooms. We were told at this point that all rooms cost the same price for 2 ni
Pros:

The room was great. I liked that it was open with no door to the pool. However a lot of insects in the room at night and both my wife and I have red lumps all over us since checking out. Pool was great. Staff were cheerful.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Booking.com charged over double the price that they sell the rooms for if you go direct. 15 minutes drive to the restaurants. Very far from bars and food. No kettle or microwave in the room. Would of had a better review if booking.com didn’t charge us over double the price, but the above is factual. We would go again at the hotel advertised prices.

No acostumbro a poner malas reseñas de los lugares porque trato de disfrutar de las buenas cosas de todos los lugares. Pero en este caso es la excepción. Plaga de ratas 🐀,
Nos movieron de cuarto y fue lo mismo, nos reagendaron y fue lo mismo, se habló con el encargado, fue despota y grosero, pésimo servicio al cliente, insinuó que eras unos oportunistas cuando pedimos la devolución del dinero pues ni la alberca ni el cuarto se usó, lo cual no regresaron, JAMÁS REGRESAREMOS y aclaro era un lugar donde nos gustaba ir frecuentemente. PÉSIMO
