Overall great hotel and location.

Cons:

Some noise from the nearby school, if you keep window open. Half an hour before breakfast end time, buffet sometimes was not refilled.

Quiet resting base after a full day of walking, visiting and enjoying the vibes of this hudge city.
Pros:

Excellent location for a short 4 days trip to Istanbul focusing on the old city and its main attractions.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is rather small and sheltered from the busy main streets.

Cons:

I have no complains that are worth mentioning. If you expect a more active nightlife, this is not the place for you. This is a quiet area, close to a school. For us, as we were travelling with the family, this was not an issue.

Pros:

The staff was very professional and consistent throughout my stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. The environment was calm and not noisy at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

La disponibilità del personale, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci la poltrona letto con una branda, (eravamo in una camera tripla), ed è stato fatto subito. A disposizione nella hall c’è la macchina del caffè e acqua in bottiglietta a disposizione h24

Die Lage war gut, Rezeption immer besetzt und hilfsbereit, Tee, Kaffee und Wasser standen immer bereit.

Cons:

Frühstück war schlecht (keine Bezeichnung an den Dingen, trockenes Obst, Alter Aufschnitt, kein frisches Brot, Kaffee war mäßig.
Badezimmer war muffig und feucht, Abluft hat nicht gut funktioniert und war laut, Dusche war schon schmierig in den Ecken...

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee 24/7 for free. Frühstück war gut und das Personal super hilfsbereit und freundlich

It’s okay, good reception staff, but uphill
Pros:

As it was raining and cold on days, the central heating was a godsend and and the AC unit actually blew hot air.
The reception staff were good. Always water/tea and coffee in reception.

Cons:

The uphill location, especially as bollards block access by taxi when raised.
I didn’t like the toilet/gutter smell in room (we were told because of rain).
I didn’t wake up at all for breakfast as it wasn’t to my liking.
The fuse kept tripping when I used the iron.

Sehr abgelegen aber doch sehr zentral. Süsses Frühstücksbereich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Sehr bequeme Betten. Der Kaffeetisch mit der selbstbedienung. Hat einen schönen Charm.

Cons:

Die Aussicht. Und die Schule ist nebenan. Aber für uns völlig ok.

Pros:

Hotel muy tranquilo, limpio, con detalles que marcan la diferencia y el personal es muy amable y atento. Disponen de zapatillas, agua y dulces. Hay una parada de metro que cruza al lado asiático a escasos metros. Es un establecimiento ideal para visitar la ciudad andando.

Cons:

Está un poco mal indicado para llegar. Quizás añadir un cartel al principio de la calle, parece que está escondido. Ni el taxista podía encontrarlo….

Pros:

Boravak u hotelu bio je odličan i sve je bilo na visokoj razini. Sobe su se čistile svaki dan, a redovito smo dobivali svježe ručnike, sapune i ostale potrepštine. Doručak je bio raznolik i vrlo ukusan, idealan za početak dana. Lokacija je izvrsna, svega 10 minuta šetnje do Aje Sofije i samo 2 minute do metro stanice. Svakako preporučujem ovaj hotel.

Location is great, the big size bed was comfortable, simple breakfast. Free drinks 24/7.

Cons:

Overall, our stay left mixed impressions. There was an unpleasant incident at the hotel: we took a small amount of food with us from breakfast, and we were told that this is not allowed. After that, the staff started watching us very closely, almost the entire shift, which felt very uncomfortable and made it difficult to enjoy our meal.

There were also issues with cleanliness. The room was dusty, especially the curtains. During our 4-day stay, no proper cleaning was done at all — only towels were changed and the trash was taken out.
Small bed for 3rd person very

Additionally, the sleeping arrangements for the third person were quite uncomfortable. The sofa was very small and extremely hard, with no proper mattress provided. All the pillows were also very firm, so we ended up using the decorative ones to sleep.

This significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.
