Pros:

Simple easy and quick to get checked in. Lady was to the point about door locking. As I walked into the room we booked, I went "wow" absolutely beautiful room.
Clean and beautifully presented rooms. Spacious too with the room I booked. So very happy.

Cons:

Was a lot of stairs to get to the room only thing to be mindful of. But no other issues.

Not much, got more than I expected! The only thing was that the check in time was strict (14:00-17:00) so I had to change plans

Love this place, I felt very comfortable
Pros:

Sarah is brilliant!,….. really enjoyed my stay, the value for money was unrivaled…… I’ll definitely be back with friends as it’s well placed & parking is ok too

Pros:

Clean enough. I think the room showed people care about the presentation but the quality of the stuff is low so there's not much they can do. Bathroom looked fine. I didn't use the bathroom or the bed. Just sat in a chair and tried to work for an hour.

Cons:

The room was next to a double lane road by the ocean with constant traffic noise and no triple-glazing. Drafty. Plus horrible construction noise from the building next to my room, I couldn't work and there was NO STAFF to change my room. The one employee left shortly after I arrived. The pub was also closed around 2 so the whole place felt COLD to me. I wanted peace and coziness and got noise and drafts. I would like a REFUND.
