我和我的朋友是下午13:45到达酒店的 ，工作人员是一位年长的女士 ，她和我们说必须等到14:00 才能check in ，等待的时间也没有地方坐，说必须消费才能坐下等，其实房间早已整理好，就是想让我们消费，14:00 的时候就给我们了这个房间，非常非常破旧 ，就一扇很小的窗，床也非常小，我订的是双床的，她说我没有备注 ，要再付45镑才能变为两个床，总之千万不要预定这家酒店，一切都非常糟糕。My friend and I arrived at the hotel at 1:45 PM. The staff member at the front desk was an older lady. She insisted that we had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in, even though it was only 15 minutes early. During the waiting time, there was nowhere for us to sit unless we bought something, as she clearly said seating was only for customers who made a purchase. In fact, the room was already cleaned and ready, so it felt like they were just trying to make us spend more money.
At 2:00 PM, she finally gave us the room, but it was extremely old and shabby. There was only one very small window, and the beds were tiny. I had booked a twin room, but she claimed that I had not made a note for it and said we would need to pay an extra £45 to get two separate beds.
Overall, the experience was terrible. The service attitude was unfriendly, and the room conditions were far below expectations. I strongly do not recommend booking this hotel — everything about the stay was disappointing.
Excellent place. Really unique. It’s a refurbished bank and our bathroom was clearly a former safe!
Everything was clean and tidy. Our bed was comfy. Plug sockets either side.
Check in / out super quick and friendly.

Noise from the road outside via motorists motor bikes and lorries. People walking around in neighbouring rooms. Very limited check in time also of justb2 hours. They need to have an alternative solution for people who cannot check in at the very limited time they specify. I was charge extra this isn’t very accommodating. And to be honest very inconvenient.

We booked and paid for a family room for us and our son. We were given 2 rooms, one set up for a child with a cuddly toy and no batheroom, and another for us. They were on opposite sides of a corridor. and on a fire exit corridor. This is not safe. And not what we booked
Location
Toilet was not in room despite photos that made it look ensuite. They also do not offer bag storage after check out which is quite a basic amenity.

Die Matratze ist ein Albtraum, die alten Spiralen haben sich in meinen Rücken geboren und ich hab heute noch schmerzen, ich musste dann auf Kopfkissen schlafen weil es unerträglich war. Und es was extrem laut von der Straße da die Fenster nicht isoliert sind und in der Nacht haben Leute im Nachbarhaus extrem laut Musik gespielt und man hört jeden Schritt der im Haus gelaufen wird!
Location is great, right by the free parking roads at the back. Lovely sea view. Bed is huge and mega comfy. Plenty of pillows. Shower good power and nice temp. Goat Ledge fun spot opposite the hotel on the beach. Room was nice and clean. Staff seemed pleasant. Decor of the room was good. Felt cosy. Had the facilities you needed, even an iron and board.
If you are a light sleeper the night club a few doors down might be an issue. Although ear plugs were avaliable in the room. The room above the floor creaks when someone's walking about.
There is a large window above the toilet room. When going to the toilet in the night can be an issue waking the other person in bed up when switching the light on.
Check in, you will need to get there before 5pm. As if later you will have an issue checking in.
De kamer was netjes. Fijn dat onze zoon op dezelfde gang een eigen kamer had.
Leuk dat de badkamer nog een kluisdeur had.
Er was geen restaurant. Ontbijten kon pas vanaf 9 uur. Bij het eenpersoons matras kon je de veren voelen.
Personeel was niet actief.
Het parkeren van de auto kon alleen in de straten eromheen.
We hadden geen uitzicht op de zee.
The room was very comfortable and nice view of the sea from the window. Not really sure why you need it so many cushions on the bed. Plenty of parking on the road right outside the hotel
Turned up the breakfast on the first warning at 8:30 as advertised to be told they weren't starting serving till 10, and no breakfast on the second day of my stay, the bistro was closed but that might have been a blesssing as it was quiet.

Lovely place to stay if you are exploring Hastings. Right on the border with St Leonards, so easy access to 2 train stations.
Very close to bars, cafes, shops in St Leonards, beach over the road. Hastings a short walk or get the train 1 stop.
Room was clean, felt fresh, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Bed was great, so comfy.
Location was fabulous.. awesome views. Little bit of street noise but ear plugs were provided 😀
The parking but we were aware prior to our stay
The place is very pleasant and comfortable, with smoothly pinches of sea behavior.
