Right on the seafront.
Pros:

Right opposite the sea front, close to restaurants around St Leonard’s, room was large and spacious.

Cons:

Blinds were sufficient which let a lot of light in which made it very difficult to sleep.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location. Good bathroom.

Cons:

Parking was a big issue. Could only park 2 hours at a time and had to move. No evening meal. Breakfast only weekends. Only one window opened in the room and the weather was hot. No knobs on dresser so couldn't use it. Got a text on route to say check in deadline which we did manage

The bed. It was king sized and wholly comfortable, the best feature of the room.

Cons:

The check-in time, as in, when it ended. To explain, there were cancellations on the rail-line between London and Hastings and we extremely delayed in reaching Hastings...though though no fault of our own. We were told by staff (who were texting us to confirm our arrival) that if we didn't make it by 5/5.30 there was nothing they could do and it would certainly incur a fee for necessitating the return of staff to check us in. It was highly stressful attempting to reach Hastings (literally running pell-mell from St Leonard's station in the end )...but we made it just after 5.30pm Thankfully the member of staff waited for us. What was surprising was that there was no 'left key' in security deposit box option. In the end we got there and, as I say, the member of staff did indeed wait for us.

Nothing important. Not a big fan of plastic flowers and plants. And the shower head holder was broken.

Great location, comfortable room. Dirty bedsheets and can be quiet noisy.
Pros:

A great location right on the beach with a beautiful sea view. The room was exactly as appears online; very comfortable. Nice soft towels and plenty of tea/coffee in the room.

Cons:

The bed sheets had a couple of stains on them. Although the location is great for those hoping to go to the sea, the hotel is right by the main road meaning it can be quite loud meaning the noise of traffic can be quite loud. Rather helpfully ear plugs are left in the room which were very welcome.

Booking.com screwed up the reservation and the hotel had nothing for us.I tried to contact Booking on numerous occasions
Pros:

I don’t know as we were unable to stay there…we had no reservation, despite Booking collecting the full cost from our credit card.
