Really well located Bank hotel in Hastings!
Pros:

The location was very convenient and allowed us to explore more of Hastings. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very easy and pleasant.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. The check-in window is also quite limited, which reduces flexibility on arrival.

Amazing
Pros:

The room was amazing with a safe in the bathroom, that was a really cool addition. the sea views were amazing and the staff were very friendly I will definitely stay here again in the future without a doubt.

It was a lovely stay and hope that they should pay attention to even a small details in cleaning.
Pros:

I like cause its near to train station, and mostly I like is in front of the beach.

Cons:

The fan is dirty full of dust. And its hot even there is a slight opening of the window at night time.

Pleasant and convenient stay in St Leonard’s
Pros:

Great sea view room, nicely decorated. Arrived at the agreed time and staff were waiting to show to our room.

Cons:

The room was mostly clean, but additional cushions and throws etc needed cleaning.
Other reviewers mention the road noise which can’t be helped, but it starts quite early in the morning.

Our 19th anniversary celebration was definitely enhanced by our stay at the Bank house and Bistro.
Pros:

The quirky ornaments (the safe). sea view was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing, an easy 10/10 for me.

Don't think we'll be back. It's slipping down hill.

rooms look a bit tired and shabby. Bathroom sink unit was chipped and handles on the cupboard doors looked poorly maintained. Loo seat wouldn't stay up . Round seat & lid on square loo is never a good look or fit. Room was cold. Electric wall heater never produced any heat. Lights all indicated everything was OK but it was stone cold. I had asked for a room without too many stairs but we got a room 2 big flights up. Not good when I'd pointed out my limited mobility.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e vista mare per poche pretese.
Pros:

Io viaggiavo sola e ho soggiornato due giorni nella singola vista mare. Il soggiorno è andato bene, la vista sul mare è bellissima e per me è stato ottimo. Nel complesso ci tornerei, ma solamente per un soggiorno da sola con poche pretese. Non è vicinissimo ad Hastings Old town ma a me è piaciuta la location sul lungomare. La stazione più vicina e comoda è St.Leonard Warrior della Southern, una fermata più vicina a Londra rispetto ad Hastings.

Cons:

Bisogna considerare che è un compromesso tra comfort e un ottimo prezzo: il bagno, seppur privato, fuori dalla stanza è scomodo. Non è lontano, ma non è come averlo in camera (il bagno non era riscaldato purtroppo). Per me non è stato un problema, però la stanza dà sulla via principale al primo piano per cui c'è molto rumore di automobili. Poca insonorizzazione con le altre stanze.
