It's a nightmare to go there!
Pros:

location

Cons:

Actually I didn't stay at the hotel, because the 'reception' refused to keep my luggage for 30 min. earlier. I left and felt down outside the hotel, hurt badly and was sent to hospital. The hotel entrance is dark and mess.

Great value- nice room with a view.
Pros:

Single room super good price, even if private bathroom separate. The room is comfortable with nice little touches (biscuits, robe, earplugs (not needed) with a view on the sea. Very good value. Great location. Very quiet the night i was there.

Cons:

Checking time limited (2-5pm), check out early (10am).
Perhaps a need of a more thorough clean (coffee marks all over wall under desk).

Pros:

The room was attractive and had everything I needed. Ok for one night.

Cons:

The private bathroom was not en suite. Somehow I had not noted that when I booked. The room (5) was boiling hot but the window would only open 6 inches at the bottom so poor ventilation.

Overall, the room was good enough but everything else could have been better.
Pros:

It was a comfortable room. Quiet and close to the seafront and shops.

Cons:

It was hard to find your way around the hotel. It needs more signage for exits etc. I ended getting lost twice. Some of the sensor lights don’t switch on quickly enough and found my self entering a corridor that was totally dark and I had to use my torch until the light came in. Only a few steps but the light should be in before you enter a dark corridor. When I initially booked through Booking .com I didn’t see that check in was at 5.30. My train arrived at 5.50. The receptionist said there was nothing could be done apart from cancel or lose my money. The customer service I thought wasn’t very sympathetic.
