Bit basic and neglected
Sarah is brilliant!,….. really enjoyed my stay, the value for money was unrivaled…… I’ll definitely be back with friends as it’s well placed & parking is ok too

Clean enough. I think the room showed people care about the presentation but the quality of the stuff is low so there's not much they can do. Bathroom looked fine. I didn't use the bathroom or the bed. Just sat in a chair and tried to work for an hour.
The room was next to a double lane road by the ocean with constant traffic noise and no triple-glazing. Drafty. Plus horrible construction noise from the building next to my room, I couldn't work and there was NO STAFF to change my room. The one employee left shortly after I arrived. The pub was also closed around 2 so the whole place felt COLD to me. I wanted peace and coziness and got noise and drafts. I would like a REFUND.

Very clean and well decorated hotel close to the main streets in St.Leonards. Very good value, enjoyed my stay.
The property is on the seafront, close to St Leonard station and there are a few shops nearby. The room was large and clean and equipped with all toiletries but you need to go up quite a few stairs and there is no lift.
I firstly thought I would be at the property around 2pm for check in and so I told them. The check in though is open from 3 to 5pm and despite me ensuring them I would be there before the deadline they were keeping sending me messages that I was expected to check in earlier and that the staff had to leave soon. That was annoying as it seemed they planned to leave earlier based on my guess but they couldn’t as I had a change of plan.
The place was ok, it had a really nice view on the seaside and the bed was comfortable and warm.
The place was quite noisy, there were earplugs supplied, and pretty cold, even though inside the bed was ok. What I didnt like is that I asked in advance if we could delay the check out and they said yes (I could have cancelled the reservation by then) and on the day of the check out they said it was not possible anymore. If I knew when I asked I was not going to reserve it as it changed all out plans and it ended up being a problem.
lovely staff. The room was lovely, bed was so comfortable. Great touch with the earplugs. Lovely breakfast good price. Nothing to complain about , would definitely stay again.
