Não consegui descansar
Cons:

Não consegui dormir porque a descarga dos banheiros dos quartos ao lado parecia que estava dentro do meu quarto. Além disso, havia um barulho na janela que parecia goteira de água à noite toda. Não consegui descansar.

Hospedagem honesta
Pros:

Excelente localização, próximo ao centro da cidade e com fácil acesso a Via Anchieta, com café da manhã farto e de qualidade, hospedagem confortável e equipe cordial. O check-in 24h facilita muito para quem chega ao hotel durante a noite, além de possuir estacionamento fechado e gratuito (porém possui vagas limitadas).

Cons:

A estrutura como um todo já apresenta sérios sinais de desgaste, dada a idade do hotel, como banheiros encardidos, toalhas "ralas", TVs mais antigas e que não funcionam, etc. Não é falta de limpeza, apenas a estrutura desgastada.

A descarga do banheiro é muito antiga e desperdiça muita agua, exagerado o tempo que fica dando descarga.

Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos, gostei do estacionamento incluso e café da manhã.

Cons:

Precisa melhorar a qualidade das instalações, o box do banheiro molha bastante todo banheiro, os móveis são antigos, então pensando nesse ponto não sei se vale o custo.
