Adoramos o serviço, todos sempre dispostos a nor ajudar.
A localização é ótima, consta com uma padaria muito gostosa ao lado do hotel, onde tem buffet de almoço, entre outras várias opções, o que facilitou muito em nossa estadia.
O café da manhã do hotel é muito bom e completo.
Também utilizamos o serviço de lavanderia e foi ótimo.

Hotel ok. Mas com preço um pouco acima pelo que proporciona.

Fui a trabalho em evento na Avenida Kennedy, então a localização para mim foi excelente.

Cons:

Fiquei o 8° andar, para descer pelo elevador, demorava muito principalmente nos horários da manhã. Barulho dos quartos ao lado e do corredor, portas barulhentas.
Café da manhã simples.
Ar condicionado antigo, daqueles de janela, que acaba fazendo um barulho a mais tb, tv antiga com canais a cabo, mas com a imagem ruim.

Pela descrição, avaliação e preço, esperávamos mais do que só um bom cafe da manha!
Pros:

Adoramos a educação e paciência dos funcionários e o café da manhã, que foi maravilhoso, cheio de opções de qualidade excelente!

Cons:

O prédio e as instalações são bem antigas, tudo faz barulho, desde as portas, ao chuveiro e, principalmente, a descarga (não só nossa, dos vizinhos!!). Encontramos formigas por todas as partes do quarto e do banheiro, o que nos deixou um pouco inseguros quanto à limpeza, por mais que estivesse aparentemente limpo! A localização é muito boa, central, mas isso tem a consequência do barulho da rua!
