It's a beautiful hotel with a swimming pool that is right outside of the rooms. That beats a patio in my opinion. The location is conveniently located, and the decoration is outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful little boutique hotel we’ve stayed at many times and really enjoyed. Unfortunately on the most recent visit, the service really fell off a cliff. We stayed for 4 nights and the bed wasn’t made once. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled and getting more was a major episode. Same with water bottles. The coffee in the morning was abysmal on the few occasions when we could persuade them to make it—lukewarm and watery. Often there was no staff there at all, although admittedly we stayed over Christmas. We very much hope that management changes gears but would stay elsewhere next time.

Nice quiet peaceful place if a bit dated. They need new towels and clean the shower heads. It did have fantastic water pressure.

El hotel no tiene una identificación afuera, parece una casa y la habitación que nos dieron tenia puerta de cristal y todo el sonido pasaba, fuera de eso, muy bonito lugar
We came on a Sunday and was quite and relaxing. The swimming pool temperature is perfect, not cold. The staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. And Ajijic weather is always great. I will return to this hotel.
It was ok
Very cozy, rustic (but well decorated and clean) property. Pool could be maintained better. Electricity went out one day but was fixed quickly. Staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. Angel was particularly helpful, as he also drove us to the Guadalajara airport (he does Uber as well). Overall, very nice place to stay and not too far from Ajijic Centro. Bus line accessible. Taxis not easy to get however, especially on weekends. A few nice restaurants within walking distance. A good value for overnight stay.

Ubicación tanto de hotel como de habitación muy bien frente a la piscina, el hotel se promociona como ecológico así que no hay a/a en la habitación, son muy calientes las habitaciones y el ventilador de techo de la habitación muy ruidoso, no pudimos dormir.
