Lovely weekend with my lovely girl. Great location to spend all your time in GalataPort. But no so easy to get to Istikl
Pros:

Location, view from our room at 5th floor, nice restaurant on the roof

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. But tea and omelet where acceptable)) Not so good pressure of hot water.

Good value for money

I think they need to improve acoustics in the building. Or at least housekeepers should be more quiet.

L’emplacement, le rooftop et le petit déjeuner avec magnifique vue, les chambres propres et agréables et le personnel disponible

Cons:

Nous avons été mis dans un bâtiment annexe dont le standing n’était absolument pas au niveau de celui de l’hôtel : équipements et installations vétustes, rouillés, rien pour accrocher les manteaux, une literie de mauvaise qualité et la chambre pas chauffée à l’arrivée, les toilettes inondées deux jours de suite et inutilisables, donc première et deuxième nuits catastrophiques, nous avons finalement été déplacés dans une chambre de l’hôtel qui était, elle, tout à fait au niveau et très bien, mais en devant partager un grand lit avec notre fils qui avait un lit et une chambre à lui dans la première chambre réservée

ترقيتي لسويت فيه جاكوزي إطلاله الغرفه

Awesome hotel 🎀 very friendly and responsible staff ☺️ thanks a lot! Our experience was awesome. Also location is brilliant, very close to all the attractions plus mini markets are close to the hotel so you can buy snack even at night🙂
Special thanks to breakfast restaurant staff, breakfast is very tasty and the atmosphere was like home☺️

Sehr freundliches Personal – von der Rezeption bis zu den Küchenmitarbeitern. Tolles Frühstück, wunderschöner Ausblick aus dem Fenster und eine hervorragende Lage.

В номере немного сквозило, было холодновато (Март (6-10 градусов)). Но устраняли эту проблему кондиционером.

Fantastic breakfast (especially if you like meze) with a great view, nice reception staff, great shower, excellent location near Taksim Square and a very charming neighbourhood

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The view of the city was beautiful, and the breakfast was very good. Housekeeping was done every day, and the staff were very helpful and responsive to all our requests.
The location was very good with great proximity to major sites and public transport.
We will definitely come back again.
