La atención al cliente ya sea vía whatsapp asi como dentro del hotel fue excelente con indicaciones claras y resolvieron todas las dudas. Y aunque la fachada es algo simple dentro del hotel es muy bonito, superó nuestras expectativas, además de que la terraza es hermosa de noche. Cumple con todas las amenidades y las habitaciones son muy espaciosas además de cómodas.

Cons:

El único problema es que no logro que fuera una estancia perfecta es que no salía agua, en la regadera y lavamanos solo salía agua caliente y para el retrete no salía nada. Aunque reportándose de inmediato lo arreglaron pero fue así toda la estancia, agradecemos la paciencia del personal pero si fue algo incómodo ya que no podíamos usar el baño y no nos bañamos en la salida. Además de un pequeño detalle ya que aunque las toallas estaban limpias tenían manchas y eso no daba buena pinta.

Pros:

Decent accomodation for the price, location is a reasonable distance away from Parque Fundidora and other attractions. Service was okay. Room was fine.

Cons:

Noisy at night. Was raining and some of the rain got into our room. Place felt weird, ceilings were too high, spaces were too tight, breakfast was subpar.
