Would come again
Pros:

Great place to stay right next to the station. Loads to do and see nearby. The rooms were just right for us, we ate our fill at breakfast and there was a beer to be had at the end of a long hot day!

Comfy and good value for money. Great location for catching the train.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable.

Cons:

It’s very difficult to enter the property. Very hard to navigate the road as no sidewalk and broken concrete along side of road. Then steep steps to carry up luggage or use luggage ramp. This was very steep and almost impossible.

Memorable stay
Pros:

Very accessible location. Just in front of Hanoi Station. The staffs are accomodating and helpful. It is easy when we checked in in the middle of the night. there’s a laundry in the hotel building. Few metres away from a convenience store. Room is nice and clean, although small but well maintained.

Cons:

I hope there could be more variety with the breakfast buffet.

Ambiente dinamico e moderno stile industriale con chiaro riferimento alla ferrovia. Camere piccole ma super pulite e funzionali. Colazione essenziale ma di ottima qualità.

Cons:

A primo impatto ha poco del Hilton ma probabilmente è penalizzato dal cantiere al lato per la metropolitana. Certo le rampe d'ingresso non si possono vedere! Ripidissime

Convenient location to the railway station & is OK for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast was reasonable, the location was excellent considering our next move. The staff are also excellent.

Cons:

The hotel does not appear to be to Hilton standards. It’s a little shabby.

Cons:

Sound from the lift and nearby station was too loud. They mixed meat/pork with eggs and made it hard for vegetarians, or people who don’t eat pork to eat the eggs. Basically, don’t understand food hygiene
