Memorable stay
Pros:

Very accessible location. Just in front of Hanoi Station. The staffs are accomodating and helpful. It is easy when we checked in in the middle of the night. there’s a laundry in the hotel building. Few metres away from a convenience store. Room is nice and clean, although small but well maintained.

Cons:

I hope there could be more variety with the breakfast buffet.

Ambiente dinamico e moderno stile industriale con chiaro riferimento alla ferrovia. Camere piccole ma super pulite e funzionali. Colazione essenziale ma di ottima qualità.

Cons:

A primo impatto ha poco del Hilton ma probabilmente è penalizzato dal cantiere al lato per la metropolitana. Certo le rampe d'ingresso non si possono vedere! Ripidissime

Convenient location to the railway station & is OK for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast was reasonable, the location was excellent considering our next move. The staff are also excellent.

Cons:

The hotel does not appear to be to Hilton standards. It’s a little shabby.

Cons:

Sound from the lift and nearby station was too loud. They mixed meat/pork with eggs and made it hard for vegetarians, or people who don’t eat pork to eat the eggs. Basically, don’t understand food hygiene

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Rooms were clean and specious.

Cons:

Breakfast had very little choices. Room does not have even a tea cattle and lights were dim.

Il était en face de la gare

Cons:

Très impersonnel, pas de peignoir, pas d’endroit où pendre les vêtements, un rideau de douche. En revanche le lit était confortable
