Pros:

La struttura è una dimora storica di recente ristrutturazione molto accogliente e con una magnifica vista e dall’aspetto curato e conviviale a 10/15 minuti d’Assisi.
Si respira la storia del posto ed il proprietario ti incanta con la spiegazione storica della dimora che al suo interno ha una cappella storica di San Girolamo di caratura storica.
Ho apprezzato la torre e l’ampio terrazzino adiacente la torre ,all’interno della torre c’è un’opera d’arte che rappresenta l’assisi in miniatura,una vera opera d’arte distribuita nei vari livelli della torre,Incantevole lavoro artigianale di un artista!
Colazione completa sia salata che dolce va a gusto personale ma direi buona con varie scelte specie nel dolce.
Servizio soddisfacente ed attenzione verso i gli ospiti,completa un ristorante con un menu corto di ricette umbre ,con pochi piatti a scelta (credo sia una scelta consapevole nell’ottica della qualità).

Premetto che non è una polemica:
Probabilmente amplierei il fuori menù per accontentare i gusti di coloro i quali non hanno amano funghi o tartufi per avere una scelta in più per i commensali che non mangiano prodotti tipici del luogo.

la stanza è semplice, ma spaziosa e molto pulita. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ed è andata benissimo.
Colazione buona a buffet. Ma la vera chicca è la visita che abbiamo fatto con Gabriella alla torre, nella quale è stata alloggiata Assisi in miniatura. Oddio, è veramente riduttivo dire in miniatura, perchè è una meraviglia, costruita in 18 anni e disposta su 4 piani della torre...La storia che nasconde è davvero suggestiva. Fatevela raccontare da Gabriella :)

Pros:

Una struttura piena di fascino nei dintorni di Assisi, gestita con impegno e cura ai particolari. Camere spaziose e pulitissime, personale disponibile e possibilità di cenare nell'ottimo ristorante interno. Colazione varia, servizio rapido e cortese. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene

The staff were lovely. The tiramisu is the best we've ever tasted....don't leave without trying it.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the airport and easy to find. The hotel is a converted mill which was interesting. Love the old feel of it.

Cons:

The single beds were a bit small. We are used to king singles - a bit longer and wider.
