Very nice hotel, very friendly staff.

Clean and very comfy room.

Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great place to stay. You check-in online, but they did have someone at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. I arrived early. My room was not ready. Luckily they have a locker big enough for my suitcase and backpack. The room was a 1 BR apartment. More suited for a long stay than my short trip. Highly recommend this location.
Take the walk down to JR Crickets for the wings while you are here. Great local spot.

Worst staff ever. Was woken up at 3:45am night one of my stay because a pipe burst by the bathroom and water was pouring my room. Staff said they would come back to fix it and did nothing. Fell back asleep at 530am, waiting on the staff. Woke up at 730 am and was told 2 times via the app and 2 times via the front desk that they couldn’t move me although the was water raining in my room and standing water. I threatened to sue and they suddenly decided to move my room. Unreal. Please look at the attached video.

It was absolutely lovely, great staff and best luxury experience for a low low cost.

Nice place

An easy walk to Emory University Hospital where my husband had heart surgery. Great Midtown Atlanta location and reasonable rates. Full kitchen had icemaker that was loud but otherwise was good. Biggest issue was finding a place to put the car while we checked in…you need a code for parking and the room but can’t get the code until you are totally checked in.

Was extremely nice, the only thing I would say was confusing was the parking. But other than that, definitely recommend !

The carpet had several stains, the shade in the bedroom looked horrible and didn’t work, the floor in the bathroom had a large dip, there was little storage in the bathroom, the bathroom light had dust all over it with some type of goo on the shade, we were only able to get 2 wash clothes (3 people) for our 5 night stay. One night there were people in the hall yelling, swearing, and threatening to kill someone at midnight.
The front desk person wasn’t very helpful or warm. This location’s saving grace was the support staff. Our unit was missing some cookware and they were amazing at finding some and bringing it to us. We also ran into a support staff in the elevator and asked how we were and if we needed anything. We asked for wash clothes. They didn’t have any but he brought us the next best thing he could find. The support staff was friendly and warm.

Parking and entry to the property were seamless. The location is great as well. The room appeared clean at first glance, but then I noticed that the linens such as the towels and extra comforter were not in the best of conditions. Half the towels had holes in them. The extra comforter had the the ‘clean linen’ sticker broken and there were stains on it which made me question how truly clean the rest of the unit was.

It was so clean, so convenient, and so pretty!

I would have loved to give this place a full 5 stars! The only thing that held me back was the beds, which were very firm to the point sleeping on the floor was almost an option. However, everything else was fantastic! The place was really clean, and the location is just perfect for exploring all that Atlanta has to offer.

Atlanta is not nice and does not offer a lot to visitors.
