Die ganzen Teller wo befüllt mit Essen zurück geblieben sind an den Pools und leere Becher rumliegen, es ist okay, wenn man Getränke mit an den pool nehmen kann, aber Essen muss man nicht unbedingt an den Pool mit runter nehmen, das kann man auch an den Tischen verspeisen wo man sitzen kann, das nicht unnötig Schmutz und Mülll einfach an der schönen poolanlage. Meget dårlig mad. Alt for lang afstand til pool og restaurant med trappe og stejl bakke. Alt for besværligt at komme til specielt om natten når de vaske med vand så var det glat og farligt at færdes

You think you are booking the hotel in the pictures, but 07 group owns some apartments in the large hotel Club Paradiso. you check in at a shabby location, get information that you can buy all-inclusive, it is not possible to buy food in the restaurant at the hotel and there is only a fish restaurant near the hotel, so you are in a way forced to buy all-inclusive.
Owner wants cash only and good luck getting 135 euros x 14 days in cash.
The apartment is a good size, but worn and it leaks from the ceiling in the bathroom and there is mold in the ceiling in the living room. There is no cleaning during the stay and change of towels and bedding after over a week.
Bad all-inclusive. AND THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE, NO RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA!
Food is tasteless
No meat
Chaos during all meals
Dirty plates and cutlery
Overcrowded
Some drinks, beer, soda, and juice are included in all-inclusive, the drinks are not good, and the soda in the bar in the restaurant is ok, but the pool bar is a disaster. It smells terrible from the bar area and you get dirty glasses.
A wonder that people don't get sick.
The pool is overcrowded and the sun bed Mafia has occupied all the sun beds before 0800, so either you have to joine them or just stay in the sun. Lifeguards is busy on their phone and smoking, slides is crazy and dangerous no regulation and control.

WiFi was a bit patchy.
Although Nurgul was very good with communication and very quick to reply back to our questions/queries, we did miss the face-to-face contact/ communication with the host. I also wondered what would happen if there was a problem in the middle of the night as 07 Group are an independent company that rent out rooms, so there staff are not onsite all the time-i did not understand this before.
Bed was very creaky and bed linen looked old and tired.
Our hotel room was next to the amphitheatre, so very loud music until around 11pm, we didn't mind this as much, but just a warning.
Uphill walk to our room-again we didn't mind this but just to make people aware in case of mobility issues or buggies etc.
This is not hotel related issue but I would recommend avoiding cash machines to withdraw money (£,€) as they charge so much! Use currency exchange services instead-the shop just outside the club provides this service-we learnt this a little late!

Dusty ,dirty rooms from 1.Dirty floors,litter under couch, bedding dusty Remote from aircons didn't work, Blankets smelt of body odour,hairs all over bed.
Broken clothes rail,

Floor, when cleaned outside, was not left with a warning sign, and I slipped and crazed my finger badly,
Lift stopped a few times and blacked out.

I'm a frequent traveller, and this has been my worst experience.

One of our rooms was very mouldy, my grandson was coughing the night we got there and we didn't realise till the 3rd day it was because of mould and dust,as it was hidden behind a curtain. It was very, very bad, not fit for humans, the rooms hadn't been cleaned before we arrived .it looked as if they had just hoovered around things,lots af rubbish,hairs under sofas and beds and and thick dust and hair everywhere.It was not obvious when we arrive as it was very late and we just went to bed without checking properly.As the holiday progressed we started noticing new faults and the state of the rooms. This was the 07 group that managed it.Things were broken, and they tried to charge us for,we I refused. It seems they know of the problem and must do this to every holiday maker. They also kept some of my money for a clean they should have done in the first place as my daughter had an allergic reaction to the dust in the room and had to be seen by a doctor. Plates were dirty,freezers full of ice,so unhygienic .they had a manual in the hotel room which clearly says in it rooms cleaned daily,but the company said it was extra, so I'm guessing from what we witnessed of the state of the rooms,, unless a guest pays for cleaning,those rooms are rarely cleaned. It seemed they tried getting money from us for various things that were already unsuitable. They also tried say my daughter smoked in the room, which I argued ,as she never did ,and the manager said sorry for that as I said I was going to get a cleaner from club paradiso to come check it as a witness. All in all will never recommend this company 07 group that have apartments in Club paradiso.

Upon our late-night arrival at the hotel, we faced the shocking situation of being redirected to an entirely different apartment, not the one we had booked. This change was made without prior notification or consent, causing us considerable distress, especially as we were traveling with two young children and it was extremely cold outside.

The host, who appeared inebriated, accused us of stealing his alcohol, which is absurd and baseless. For context, I drove to the location in a car worth more than the value of his apartment, making such an accusation not only false but also insulting. He further yelled inappropriate and worrying remarks about our status as single women traveling with children, highlighting the unsafe environment he created.

The situation escalated dangerously when the host physically assaulted one of our group members. We were left with no choice but to call the police for our safety. A police report has been filed against the host, and a legal case for assault is underway.

Moreover, I have video evidence of this ordeal, which I am willing to provide. This evidence further substantiates our claims of the host's inappropriate and aggressive behavior.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room
