Otelin konumu kayak turizmi yapanlar için gerçekten çok kullanışlı bir yerde otelin ücretsiz kayak pistine transferi var odalar temiz, ancak yarım pansiyon seçenekli olarak satın aldığımız tatilde akşam yemeği vasatın altındaydı, servis hizmeti verecek eleman yok, bu kadar lüks bir otelin yemek hizmetleri ve mutfak hizmetlerinin bu kadar kötü olması gerçekten çok üzücü. İnsanları ayakta ana yemek bekledi ama gelen nugget vb ürünlerdi. Kahvaltıya gelince normal açık büfe bir kahvaltı ama yine akşamki eksiklikler servis personelinin olmayışı ve stantların düzensizliği ortadaydı. Restoran dışında her şey güzeldi
