Comfortable room. Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful particularly on reception. Free parking a bonus.
Excellent breakfast and evening meal.
Wished we stayed longer.

Cons:

Only criticism there were no handles to assist getting into the bathtub to shower.

Best night’s sleep I have had in a hotel!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
Pros:

The location was great the walks along pier and pontoon and boats you just thought you were in another country. The hotel staff went over and above service was excellent. Room service was prompt and excellent. Food was excellent.

Cons:

I found not having a town as I thought there would be not much shops outside location of pier. Although the shops on the pier where individual and unique.

Great hotel stay by the water
Pros:

Lovely hotel with great seafront views and clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Issue with room request via booking.com system but they sorted it out at reception - staff very nice. Worth contacting hotel direct to check re room configurations.

Perfect Hotel
Pros:

The hotel maintains really high standards whenever I/we visit.
The gym was immaculate. This was pleasing as I reviewed negatively last visit.

Cons:

The hotel could not be faulted. Thank you.
One gripe we do have is with all the unnecessary emails pertaining to the visit.[8ish]
The booking system asks if you want twin or double rooms. It asks if you would prefer a high or low floor.
Any sane person would not regard these as 'special requests'...standard stuff. If I were to ask for rose petals sprinkling on my duvet.....fair enough. I trust this helps.
