Lovely harbour side stop to explore Pembrokeshire
Pros:

Loved our little floatel on the water. Clean, comfortable and great size. It was so nice to sit on the deck watching the sun go down. Area is a great base for exploring Pembrokeshire.

Cons:

Nothing really, we were missing a remote control for the fan but that’s a very small point and we forgot to mention it.

Pros:

We stayed at Ty Milford Waterfront Hotel and had a disappointing experience. We booked 2 rooms 4 days in advance for our family, but on arrival the hotel gave us rooms on different floors. We requested rooms on the same floor, but the staff were unhelpful and did not try to assist us.

We also booked a large family room, but were given an accessible bathroom room which we never requested. When we spoke to reception, they said the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, the lady at reception was rude and only focused on proving her point instead of understanding our concerns. Overall, we found the staff uncooperative and the service unfair.

Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. So friendly and so helpful.
The dinner was delicious.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. The room was exactly what we needed and - as walkers of the Welsh Coastal Path - it is perfectly located right on the path :)

Pros:

The staff are always friendly, polite and very welcoming. Was especially nice to be greeted by Grace who was very professional and helpful during my check-in. The facilities are great, location perfect and food is excellent.

Great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The location is perfect - right at the heart of the marina where the main eateries and shopping is. The room was quiet and clean. A lovely view out onto the water. The breakfast was served from very early, which suited us, and the staff were extremely helpful - we arrived earlier than expected and they telephoned us when our room was ready.

All was perfect!

Okay stay.
Pros:

Location, comfy bed

Cons:

Superior family room was actually a disabled room. Wet room with shower seat etc, once showered the water made access to the toilet very wet!
Unfortunately the build of these rooms means they are not very soundproof, constant footsteps/running could be heard from room above.
Lift next to our room was screeching everyone it was used (reported next day)
