Great place to stay in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Beautiful location directly overlooking the harbour. Staff were friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Decent breakfast and a well stocked bar with good service. Convenient parking. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay.

Cons:

Would be even better if there was a light food menu from the bar.

definitely staying again, lovely air conditioned rooms. excellent staff. will recommend.

What an Excellent stay. Staff were amazing, rooms cool (AC) and beautiful views. Dinner excellent.
The breakfast was good, the coffee machine was abysmal. watery and we tried 3 x to achieve a decent cup of breakfast coffee. overall great choices of food, cereals great, milk nice & cold, didn't try the buffet style warm breakfast as prefer to order, but just personal choice, FOH staff completely amazing in all aspects. couldn't have been more helpful. Supper (2 x sirloin steaks) lovely, (forgot the grilled onions) but the staff rectified this and we were really pleased. super job x

Cons:

only the coffee machine, fresh coffee/Tea served would be the icing on the cake, not a machine. yuck,

Our room was large and very comfortable. Aircon worked well as it was a mini heatwave.
Pros:

We had a high floor with great views over the Harbour.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great

Very good experience. Would recommend to people heading out to Skomer for day trips.
Pros:

Location, included parking, pleasantly comfortable bar, very good dinner at Dulse, walkable waterfront.

Cons:

While I appreciate breakfast being included, the offerings could be improved, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at busy times so items were left without refills.

An excellent stay and always with a warm welcome
Pros:

I didn't take the breakfast option, I had a croissant in the bar. It was warm came with butter and a conserve and I had a black coffee. The bar staff looked after me well. I was very satisfied.
In the evening a friend joined me for dinner in the restaurant where the service was top class. My friend is lactal intolerant, the staff went out of their way to speak to the chef twice on our behalf - our meals were delicious and very satisfying.

Excellent quality - would not book breakfast again
Pros:

Room was lovely - quality excellent

Cons:

breakfast was the most disappointing bit
We were up at 7.30am - but the hot food plates were cold and the"hot food" was cold
Pastries etc were good
Daughter (21) asked fo sachet of hot chocolate for room after she had been for a run in the rain but nothing available

Pros:

Very smart property, very comfortable beds and helpful staff. Appreciated the free parking. Good value for money and would happily stay again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bar area is quite noisy due to the acoustics / huge expanse of glass? Didn't suit us but was very popular.
