mieux ne pas réserver qu'a après fin des travaux de rénovations sera plus propre

Bon emplacement ,proche de centre ville et vieux port ...

Cons:

Pas tres propre ,pas de cuisinette commun , pas de bonne hygiène ,à eu un dégâts d'eau les derniers jours ,encore en rénovation, pas de service d'acceuil ...besoin d'un peux d'amour

Pros:

It was so stinky. I hope they do not put together male and female together. It is not safe and it was so stinky especially for students.

Cons:

Please put together all clean students and those males or who are not taking a bath together. Please do not join them in a pod where we cannot have good sleep because of the strong bad odor considering it is a closed and packed room:(

L'emplacement parce que j'étais proche du CHUM...
C'était quand même beau dans la chambre avec le foyer...

Cons:

Il ne nous donne pas le code de la porte pour rentrer donc nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes au froid à geler pendant que l'employé est en retard et que la femme de ménage ne voulait pas nous ouvrir pour aucune raison.
Il faisait tellement froid dans les chambres et le foyer et la télévision arrêtaient pas de sauter. Il faisait 15 degrés dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas normal.
Il n'y avait aucune eau chaude ni dans le robinet ni dans la douche.
Les rideaux laissent passer de l'air froid c'est vraiment très déplaisant
Il n'y a pas de porte pour la salle de bain et une vitre en plein milieu donc quand tu vas chier. La personne qui est avec toi te vois et te sens directement.
Il n'y a aucun micro-ondes.

Hotel en révovation. Il aurait été préférable d'aviser les clients AVANT. Il y avait beaucoup des cheveux (et poils) dans le lits! Est-ce que les draps son lavés?

Ridiculous & extremely unsafe no comments please do not travel here alone
Pros:

Nothing the whole things was a scam I had asked for a separate room and got put in an enclosure with strangers, absolutely unacceptable.

Chambre en sous sol, pas de fenêtre, pas de réception, aucun service. Très cher pour ce que c est.
Hygiène du lit lamentable poils / cheveux des prédécesseurs.

La PIRE nuitée de ma vie, absolument horrible comme hotel.
Pros:

RIEN ! C’était absolument horrible.

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude après avoir laissé couler le robinet pendant 10 minutes.
Pas de chauffage ! Il faisait 11.5 degrés celsius à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Et la matin 10.5 !
Toutes les prises de courant ne fonctionnaient pas, mis à part celle dans la salle de bain. Donc pas de cafetière, pas de frigo, pas de télé ( pas de pile non plus dans la manette en plus de ne pas avoir de courant.)
Les Draps puaient.
AUCUN moyen de joindre le personnel. Ils me répondent pas au téléphone.

L'annonce stipule un stationnement malheureusement non disponible ce qui a causé désagrément .l'entrée et les chambres au sous-sol sont sombre, de plus l'éclairage est agressant

Stay somewhere else unless you are on a strict budget and want to be spoken to rudely and treated poorly.
Pros:

Was in a good location and the bed was comfortable but I did come off an overnight bus.

Cons:

The guy who checked me in was very rude, worst check in I’ve ever experienced. Refused to check me in (I booked the night prior knowing I would get in very early in the morning, prearranged my check in time despite them saying front desk is 24/7) however I showed him my messages with the hotel via customer service because the hotel doesn’t respond at all. Says it’s 24/7 but there’s never anyone at the front desk, you have to go stand in the cold and ring the bell to get anyone’s attention. 0/10

My room was very cold with a terrible draft. Even putting the electric fire on permanently did little to help. Stylish but tired decor. Inadequate hot water the first morning of a two day stay.
