Selfs check-in was slecht, iedereen kon meekijken wat je invoerde. Hotel was koud en ontbijt was slechte kwaliteit.

Ich komme auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder

Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider etwas wenig bestückt. Es gab bei einer Frühstückszeit von 07-10Uhr um 08Uhr schon keine Eier mehr und die Wurst- & Käseplatten waren leider nicht mehr reichhaltig gefüllt.
Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war an einigen Stellen leider auch kaputt. Was allerdings der Gemütlichkeit keinen Abbruch getan hat.

So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich hatte zwei Zimmer für mich und einen Kollegen bestellt. Der automatische Check in ließ nur die Öffnung eines Zimmers zu. Uber die sogenannte Notfallnummer war niemand auch bei zig Versuchen zu erreichen. Notgedrungen mussten wir in EINEM r

echt engen Zimmer übernachten. Nur eine dünne Wolldecke für mich. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich auf meine Reklamation hin eine halbherzige Entschuldigung. Und für die Notfallnummer wären sie nicht zuständig. Das verschlossene Zimmer wird nicht berechnet (oh Wunder. Vielen Dank) Meine Forderung, das andere Zimmer nur halb zu berechnen wird abgelehnt. Das ist alles an Unverschämtheit kaum zu überbieten. Dieses Hotel kann man niemanden empfehlen.
