Pros:

We loved our little cabin. Very private. We went in April so it wasn't crowded. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

They forgot to leave cups for water and coffee. Sink does not drain quickly. Easy fixes.

Cozy cabin with comfy beds with southwestern decor
Pros:

Cute cabin with cozy vibe and beds were comfortable

Cons:

It was no fault of the facility but the 60 mph wind howled all night keeping us awake. The temperature was as low as 5 degrees with snow. Good thing we were able to leave the area safely and were not staying more than 1 night. The pipes froze overnight in the bathroom.

Cabin vibes off the highway
Pros:

The cabin was very cute, comfortable, clean and in great condition. The location was convenient.

Cons:

The Internet barely worked. Thought there might be coffee/hot beverages and more snacks for purchase. The bed was very high and a tad difficult to get in/out of due to the gorgeous, but large frame.

No office staff until after 8:00 AM-was stuck locked out and the whole day was delayed. Really need a person in that off

Absolutely fantastic cabin right outside the national park. Close to everything

Cons:

I accidentally locked myself out of the room at 7 AM when I was packing up my car to leave for the day. Sign said no staff until 8:00 AM. I was stuck waiting until the very kind maintenance man helped me. At 8:15, still no one in office. This can’t happen for busy travelers

Great overnight stay
Pros:

Loved the cute little cabins, had a nice store in the “lobby” where you check in, had chairs on the porch of the cabin, you got coupons for a local restaurant and bar, and are just minutes from Wall Drug or the Badlands.

Cons:

Right on the interstate, however, once in the room you couldn’t really hear the interstate outside. Just be a very well insulated/sound proof cabin.

Good accommodations, terrible customer service.
Pros:

Furnishings were wonderful. Decor was great. Very clean. Well stocked with nice toiletries, hair dryer, iron and convenient charging ports.

Cons:

Cabin was too close to the road. The young man who checked us in needs some training in customer service. We were not greeted when we walked in - not even a hello, welcome - he just mumbled “Checking in?” No smile, nothing. He handed us our key and said “Cabin 41. It’ll be on the left.” That was it. No thank you, enjoy your stay, good night. Nothing. Poor, poor customer service. Very disappointing. Not a good representative of your company. It put a really bad taste in our mouths right off the bat.

LOVED the view from our cabin. Quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast is off site but they gave a voucher. Didn't utilize it as we were on a grab and go mode.
