Overall we had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very clean, spacious room, and friendly staff. The pools/bath/spa were also wonderful! Beach is right across the street

Not a place to go if with Tattoos or to Celebrate Birthday.
Pros:

Property exceptionally clean and overall ready for local travelers.

Cons:

Kept getting conflicting answers as to what I could and could not do. I abide by rules they have for people with tattoos but overall felt like I was treated poorly from my POV. Some staff were EXTREMELY helpful but when they would try to help, another staff would take a look at me and then all of a sudden be too booked up to extend my check-out time even though I was willing to pay the set amount and without a look at any computer to corroborate my room would be taken by someone else the same day. Tried not to take anything personal but I felt that the property is not as welcoming to local US military who happen to have tattoos and are not aware of the unspoken norms as they are to others. All I ask is for transparency from the beginning and fair customer service regardless of perception in a hotel that aims for diversity.

Pros:

這次來看海炎祭，住這裡走路過去就到了。原本想在陽台看，發現會被會場建築物遮蔽視線，我們是住3樓，不確定高樓層會不會被遮到，不過距離會場很近，去現場看更震撼。

Cons:

週末晚上外面會有暴走族騎車吵鬧的聲音，房間玻璃隔音不是很好。

酒店本身不错，但是出行交通不方便
Pros:

酒店本身不错，房间内部宽敞布置现代，酒店有温泉，晚上玩儿累了可以泡一下解乏，但是地理位置不是很有优势，有机场大巴经过，但是游玩的项目都没有从酒店出发的，比如要去中部海洋公园等一日游项目需要从那霸出发，因此我们基本上是通过打车到达附近单个景点，酒店服务很好，早餐偏贵。因位置原因不适宜全程都住在这里。

Great stay with view.
Pros:

Spacious well appointed room with lots of little additions like the pyjamas and pool bags plus a view out to the ocean (across a busy road). Impeccable service from everyone. Great breakfast. Good spa facilities and my massage was fabulous.

Cons:

Gym way too small for the size of hotel - only really any good if you had it to yourself.

Pros:

My personal issue is that unless you stay on the top floor you can not access the advertised roof top infinity pool. I had kids and this pool is adult only, but I myself could not go up. Secondly the food is just fine. A whole lot of options that are just fine. No one speaks English yet everywhere else we stayed in okinawa there was always someone who knew some English. Not worth the price.

Very comfortable stay, had everything you needed on the hotel! Will definitely book again.
Pros:

The cafe, the bar lounge, 7-11 was downstairs, very safe area. The Garden was absolutely beautiful.

Cons:

Rooms were a little outdated. Some parts of the walls by the bed were stained/dirty
