The breakfast was good. It was served warm. The staff paid attention to the instructions. The location of the facility is excellent.
The bed linen is quite old. Should be changed. There is not bed light. The kitchen didn't have any lights. The closet is inside the bathroom. Didn't have hangers initially but was provided when requested. The spray of the health faucet is quite hard.
The stay was very nice , staff was very courteous. Service was top, It is a good option for business stays as well as family vacations. The overall ambience and the area is really good.

The staff is with welcoming nature. Good service by them.
The room booked with Breakfast. we didn't realise but even not informed by staff during stay and we ended up paying it on Zomato.
This hotel was everything I did NOT expect. They were my first 2 nights after arrival in India
The choice was made on the excellent reviews. After check in I checked the reviews again and noticed the majority are Indian reviews.
For western standards the room was big and had a good shower. Important too is that is was very clean. However it’s all very basic and the bed was as hard as a rock. Breakfast was ok but again very basic.
Conclusion: it was a bit of a culture shock upon arrival. But cleanliness and good shower made up for a lot. However the rock hard bed would be the reason to refrain for staying again
About the location : the hotel is not in Delhi itself but in a suburb. It’s close to IFFCO chowk metro station but it take s 1 hr to get to the major attractions. The advantage is that it’s 1 stop from

THe appartment is some 600m from IFFCO Chowk station and somewhat well located. room was clean when arrived. One cannot hear the noise outside. fans and AC worked well. Staff was helpful.
The room did not get clean daily. only after 4 days that the services was proposed over the phone. Drains in the bathroom did not work well as floor not level and so remained wet all throughout the stay.
Our stay was perfect. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and I would like back again.
