Loved how modern and clean everything was. The layout of our room - the King with kitchenette - was very thoughtful and we enjoyed having a small table for eating, as well as a sofa, in addition to the bed. The toiletries provided are high quality. Staff was very responsive to our one and only issue. We appreciated the full size fridge with a freezer.

Cons:

We got a room with a kitchenette with the intention of cooking and dining in. Unfortunately the kitchen lacked some essentials. While there was a pot, there was no can opener. There was dish soap and a sponge, but no kitchen towels for drying dishes, nor a dish drainer or mat to place dishing when washing. There was an odd assortment of dishes - a couple of tiny bowls, two plates, a couple of side plates. But no bowls for mixing something in. No kettle. No napkins or paper towels, apart from a tiny napkin in a plastic wrap set meant for preparing coffee (stir stick, sugar and creamer). The staff did their best to help us out and provided a can opener and a dish towel on request. We used the single pot to bowl water when needed. My advice would be to come prepared with those things!

Die zentrale Lage war vorteilhaft. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas gefehlt hat wurde es sofort erledigt.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice hat nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Die Küchenausstattung war unvollständig (z.B. nur ein Löffel) und sehr spährlich. Sehr laute Klimaanlage.

Pros:

We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location within easy driving distance of SilverStar Ski Resort, and it turned out to be a great choice. The accommodation is modern, clean, and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant.
The pool and hot tub were a real highlight, especially after a full day of skiing. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but the hotel has an on-site restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner, which was very convenient.

The ice cream sandwich i bought was broken and freezer burnt or something but I took it back and was given two better ones for the mishap so that made ip for it

Nice but pricey
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean. It was nice to see our room had a pull-out sofa bed for my son to sleep on so we didnt have to share a bed. I did had to go to the front desk and ask for bedding for it though as it was not in the room.

Cons:

I wish breakfast had been included in the stay. The posters advertising the restaurant showed stacks of pancakes which is what y kids wanted.. and then they didn't serve them when we went. Quite a pricy stay to not include breakfast. I''ll try and book at the fairfield next-door which includes breakfast next time.
