Vakara Hotel Kep

It was a first time at Vakara, But we were surprised by the quality of service, staff, food and front desk was amazing plus super friendly and helpful from the time our car entered in the parking till leaving. Mr. Sophat, leading everything nicely and professionally thank you so much.
Great for families and super comfortable and relaxed place. Highly recommend for a family or couples.

Love it love it!! If you are looking for peace and a quiet weekend gateway with a scenic of greenery mountains backdrop in kep, this is definitely the right resort for you.

Travelling in a big group of 13, we picked 2 deluxe twin beds and 4 single king bedrooms facing the pool and mountain view only. Truly enjoyed the fresh cooling breeze in the late afternoon and the massive pool which the kids enjoyed both days.

Set away from the crowded Kep beach, this gives us both the relaxation of a resort experience away from the weekend crowd as well as the activities of the zipline for the kids which is only 5 mins drive away. The staffs are experienced, and the chef served delicious food off the menu if you dont feel like going to one of the restaurants along the kep beach. Seafood price is more on the higher price, but the rest of the dishes is within reasonable price.

Call direct to hotel for a better price, and book only the rooms facing the mountain and pool. Definitely be back in future!

Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean.

We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious.

A very lovely hotel which was clean and with spacious rooms and a very good restaurant. The staff were always exceptionally efficient, helpful and friendly. There is a nice pool with bar.
The walk into the town is about 15-minutes, but tuk-tuk's can be organised with ease.

I travel very often and I have stayed in the most hotels in the world so I can say that this hotel stands out enormously in its category with its exemplary service, impeccable cleanliness, always courteous and helpful staff and an excellent thank you for this stay memorable and I will come back without hesitation, it's official

Nice view, good and clear room conditions, kind staff, delicious breakfast, reasonable price. I loved everything at hotel! It is a little bit far from the tourism site, but it is enough close to go by Tuktuk. I want to stay here again if I go to Kep! You made my trip Thx😃

The staff we amazing! 5 star service. We are expats from Canada and we are always looking for the best places on a budget and this place was great. It was a quieter week for them so the breakfast buffet was A la carte instead which was a plus. Pool is huge and clean. Happy Hour from 4-8 gets you mocktails or cocktails for 2.5$ a drink. Gym and Sauna there too! We wanted a taxi to town could not get one so one of the staff just dropped us off!

This hotel is one of the best value to quality hotels ive ever stayed in or visited .I was in the global travel business for 19 years and have been travelling for over 30 years to over
70 countries . Ive stayed in 300+ hotels all over the world from low cost to the mega
expensive ( on expenses) and this hotel service level exceeded a hotel i stayed in in Antigua that costs 20,000 usd per night at Xmas time .The vakara is under 200 usd per night. If i go back to Kep i will stay here again.

Nice quiet hotel with swim , sauna room and great food with mountain view.
There is large balcony and room is huge.
Many channels of tv to watch.
Staff are friendly. toiletries provided and also mini fridge. Seafood is served every dinner time.

We stayed at the Vakara for 7 nights during our visit to Kep. The hotel is new and modern and the rooms are very large as is the bathroom. The gym is very well equipped and probably the best one we have used on our travels. The breakfast was a la carte which was very nice and plentiful. We also had a few lunches and dinners at the hotel which were also very good. The staff were excellent and a special mention to Suphat who was running operations and dropped us to Kep beach, the Kep National Park and to the pharmacy to pick up some medication, most helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated about a mile from the nearest beach or slightly further away from Kep beach but this is only a short tuktuk ride or a pleasant walk to reach. This is a large modern hotel with all the mod cons and would definitely recommend.

The hotel picked us up, free of charge from the bus station. All staff were polite and well trained in hospitality. The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. The Seaview room was large, had a good amount of storage but it was soulless. There are no restaurants or services near the hotel. The nearest mini- mart is1km away down mostly unsealed and unlit roads. Had the hotel been located in a more desirable location we would have rated 4 stars. It was approximately 2kms inland.

The hotel is such a quiet place and the location is suitable for family. My purpose there is for the working but at the same m so chill with the good vibe and good atmosphere. Really love the service and everything there
