Puertas de los baños....ascensores más rápidos.....

Dos aspectos que me generaron cierta insatisfacción fueron:

1. La ausencia de servicio de valet parking, lo cual considero inadecuado considerando el costo de la estancia.
2. La falta de gavetas en las habitaciones y la limitación de perchas en el clóset, con solo cinco, lo cual resultó insuficiente para cuatro personas.

Sin embargo, me gustaría destacar que el resto de los aspectos me parecieron muy positivos. Tanto los restaurantes como la experiencia en general fueron muy agradables.

I arrived at 2:00 pm, the people at the reception to check in gave me a service number and I explained to them that I was going to check in online with the link that Expedia sent me an email, they didn't care about this, I still had to wait, they started serving at 2:40 pm even though I arrived at 2:00 pm, so I entered the facilities at 3:35 pm due to the delay in their service, I lost 35 minutes This bad attention has to improve this. Even though I arrived an hour early, I did not enter the hotel at 3:00 pm.

Family friendly, clean room and helpful and honest staff.

Personal restaurante y el personal de salvavidas en la piscina fue fantastico. Las habitaciones fueron renovadas. Areas verdes muy bellas. Instalaciones en comun pueden mejorar. Lo no tan bueno: cambiar el lugar de la discoteca fue mala idea, Nos dijeron que no se podia reservar ennla cena y en la noche vimos los Olivos con gente y espacios.

I loved the view!!! The pool was awesome...the bar near, great. The room very spacious.
Did not like the darkness at dinner time and the birds at the eating area.
Overall it was nice to spent two days there. Thank you!

I did not like the fact that the swimming pool and beach closes at 6pm. The adult's show was poor. The hotel was ok.

Me decepcionó el mal estado del mobiliario de playa y piscina, estaban sucios, algunos rotos y eran insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. La atención del personal muy eficiente y amable.

Location, activities, specially for kids, water slides and other activities. Needs improvement at the snack bar by the main swimming poolside but it was tolerable. Noisy the first night but improved by the second night and after I approach the front desk and informed them. The rest of our stay was fantastic.

The hotel was great, so clean and polite staff. Beautifully landscaping over looking the ocean. The weather was great the whole trip really enjoyed my staf. The two cons, the food was mediocre and distance to cities was long

Upon arrival get a check in number from the front desk. Staff won’t tell you about the queue number.

Need more activities to do around the property.

This resort was quite good. It was not crowded and it was compact. I definitely will visit again. Only wish the swimming pools had more shadow areas since the sun in Panama is very strong. Food was tasty and the menu rotated everyday. The nightly shows were kind of cheesy (except by the young singer from Ecuador who had a pretty voice).

Very easy check in and out, Amazing staff great location and delicious food. The beds were comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the water slides and beach it was definitely worth the drive from the airport. My family and I really enjoyed the wildlife. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Muy buena calidad de los alimentos, la empleada Clara da un servicio excelente. Los tragos más ricos me los preparó ella. Muchas actividades muy buen servicio en general

The resort was awesome. Loved that the beach was next to it and the food tasted very good. The rooms were clean and spacious. They gave me an extra cot for my child since we are a family of 5. I was very pleased with the service that was offered along with the amenities.
