Beautiful property - needs work on delivery of service
Pros:

Beautiful property, good sized suite.

Cons:

Construction work under our suite continued for over an hour at 11pm, waking young children and baby. Called many times to get it resolved with no solution for over an hour. Offered a move but completely impractical with young kids in bed. Eventually resolved and staff apologetic - but definitely left a bad view of the hotel when we had high expectations as very frequent users of this brand.
Carbone restaurant open for breakfast but absolutely woeful - one small sausage given as part of cooked breakfast. Omelette uncooked. Again staff very kind and prepared a takeaway box to take to airport - but bad experience means we wouldn't stay again.
