The staff and the food only

The hotel changed than how it used to be before so bad
I don’t think that it worth 5 stars at all definitely not more than 4 stars
The Elevator smells so bad And the bathrooms as well
The bathroom supplies feels cheap
the service compared with the price so poor not worth it at all
