Pros:

Beautiful old building with character. Very nice cafe/cocktail lounge as lobby. Staff were very responsive and kind.
Big issue I missed is that there is no elevator and we had heavy bags. Big lift up two flights.
Room was small but comfy. The large window did not open for fresh air so got stuffy and humid overnight.
No shampoo in the shower. Shower gel was actually hand soap so not good on hair.

Magnifique petit hôtel très bien situé.
Accueil très sympa au comptoir du bar.
Tous les jeunes gens auquel on a eu affaire ont été parfaits et nous ont donné de très bons conseils.

Hôtel intimiste au cœur de St Michel
Pros:

Belle découverte pour ce petit hôtel de quartier. Les chambres sont bien pensées, bel aménagement d’intérieur.

Pros:

Exceptional staff. Good location in a authentic but central part of Bordeaux. Nice having breakfast at the street with the sun setting. The air condition is not operational so the room was really warm already in April, and the windows do not open in all the rooms.
