Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai

Excellent service. Room is spacious with serene water view. The staff are friendly, very helpful. New year's gala dinner spread was phenomenal, especially the dessert tables.

A relatively new hotel with great value for money and exceptional facilities. The beach membership nearby was great, and the food experience terrific and varied. Recommend.

The hotel is located close to the city center, with excellent service and high standards. Comfortable rooms and a friendly atmosphere.

Great hotel, excellent service, great location right by the sea at Port de La Mer.

Spent two nights at the Hyatt Centric over the weekend in Dubai.

Room is comfortable and spacious for a city hotel, nice balcony looking out over the water or the Burj view on other side.

Bathroom is large with a tub and rainfall shower.

Relatively separate from the core tourist areas of Dubai; so will be a bit of an uber in any direction (~20 mins) to sights.

Tried the ground floor restaurant that was nice and food was good, but service was a bit mixed, and the pool seemed popular but we didn’t use it. We did not try IKKA.

Just completed a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric in Jumeirah Beach.

Not only is its location fantastic overlooking the creek, but it's very modern and extremely efficient.

The staff were particularly amazing Naveen at breakfast, Kieu and Sunil on reception, and Lala and Lev. What was remarkable is that so many staff members spoke so many languages, so all the guests who were there felt very comfortable.

The food in the Peruvian restaurant was outstanding, as were the murals that had been painted by the chef himself.

The staff could not do enough for me, and everything that was required of them, and in particular, they impressed me with their speed and efficiency.

The breakfast area was equally amazing, with staff remembering exactly what you had the day before and bringing you the same stuff.

I will certainly be returning to Dubai in the future and for sure I will be staying at the Hyatt Centric in Jumeirah Beach.

Always friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful area. Nice to sit outside with a drink and food. Short distance to most things, such as downtown and the old town. Great base for most things in Dubai. Short distance to the beach and access to a beach club with several pools and a beach.

A very cosy and nice hotel, all staff made us feel important. A very good feature was acess to nearby beach club with pool areas and beach, the hotel pool came out of sun after midday. Nice roof terrace and very friendly staff.

This hotel has all amenities possible. I booked a suite and the panoramic view of Dubai is stunning. Beach access, swimming pool and a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the roof top.. delicious food. Breakfast has a good spread and the staff are so attentive specially Arun.. reception team is very friendly so. Roniya

It is a nice hotel with a good view in a nice area. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I would stay there again if I ever make my way back to Dubai.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Dubai and overall had a wonderful experience. While there were a few small hiccups in arranging amenities, I must say the team resolved everything quickly and professionally, which made all the difference.

A special thanks to Lala, who impressed us with her professionalism and care. She handled all our requests with such dedication and ensured we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Abhishek also deserves recognition for understanding our situation and arranging a late check-out, which truly added comfort to our departure. Last but not least, Umesh from Security went above and beyond, managing every request with efficiency and a genuine smile.

What stood out to me the most is that all three of them—Lala, Abhishek, and Umesh—carried a warm and welcoming smile at all times, regardless of the situation. This created such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, making our stay memorable.

Thank you once again to the team for making our time special. We look forward to visiting Hyatt centric, DXB again soon !

Hyatt Centric one of the best hotels we have ever traveled!

Starting from front desk - a care starts from the first steps and following you during all the time of our staying. Any issues we faced were solved immediately. Thanks to all the team and especially Lilly Josephine.

A restaurant is a real masterpiece. Excellent food - really best of the best - many thanks to both Chiefs. And service is outstanding. Our warmest wishes and thanks to all of the team and especially to Suray, Morris and Bran.

Rooms are very good and clean. Room service and cleaning are top of the top. Thanks for everybody who made this cleanness for us.

Hope we shall visit this wonderful hotel a few times more!

It was in summer in Dubai, ok, so stuff is cheaper than regular, but I accidentally needed to spend two separate nights there. The hotel is great but especially the service was outstanding. I forgot some shirts in the closet- got them immediately back in a nice bag and whilst waiting the staff -without asking- with water and coffee for free

The stay was amazing. Roniya from Front Office took special care of us- she deserves a raise for the excellent work that she is doing! This was our first international trip and she left no stone unturned to make it memorable for us.
Apart from her, the housekeeping team is amazing!!
The security(Amith and one African lady, forgetting her name) and valet (an aged person who is always smiling at the entrance) are also doing amazing work.

Our stay was great and we have not had a problem with a beach, but maybe it was because august is not a top season for Dubai. Food, our hotel room, view in it and location is great.

Also it had a really good price.

Amazing breakfast especially the staff Hazel and April who always make me feel at home. The rooms so nice so comfy and relaxing.
