I liked that it was quite and that they have a shuttle to the airport and a hot or cold breakfast is included.

Great place to stay near the airport met all our needs and had a great breakfast the next morning. Shuttle was a little hard to navigate just needed to ring them to come and get us.

Small lobby area
Location is very good for the airport and car rental return but was a problem to find; the hotel sits between two roads with access limited to direction of travel. However there is no signage from one side making us stop on a busy road to check our directions. From the other road which we moved to, there is signage.
Very utilitarian entrance / reception area which didn't promise much, but actually the one night stay was fine for our needs
I don’t understand why I was not given my receipt, even though I requested it several times through the app and at the front desk. My deposit has not been refunded, and no one has given me any explanation.
The room was clean and the breakfast was decent.
The hotel shuttle driver was not reliable. We had a large group waiting at the airport for pick up. The shuttle could only handle half of our group. He then took a group to go eat at a restaurant before heading back to pick up our remainder of the group of elderly folks! They waited another 55 mins for pickup. The van wasn't clearly marked, and I had to make calls to the hotel numerous times to get clarification. The girl at the front desk would always be outside on her phone and we would wait in the lobby often for her to return to the desk to ask a question or get an extra towel.

Access to light rail wasn’t as easy of an access as the web site portrayed especially for a disabled vet.
Upstairs guest were very loud every night well into the early mornings.
No eating establishments within walking distance of the property.
Close to SeaTac airport
Breakfast and housekeeping.
Super convenient to the airport (walkable, even!), spacious rooms, and dialed in for transfers between airport and activities.
Sound proofing of rooms was just okay, not great. Heard the airplanes, traffic, birds.
