Everything was very nice, however only hot water which was even too hot to showere, but they were working on it
My first stay in Pattaya was during the off-season so the prices were criminally low. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but we were lucky with no rain. The luck of the weather plus the uber pleasant experience at the Arbour really magnified the joy of this vacation. The staff is impeccable with service and smiles galore. The view from the rooftop pool, the sauna, cleanliness, and the convenience of location makes this a place to revisit in the future.
Palmy and the front desk staff are all just delightful. Clean premises and easy to walk anywhere.

There is no instruction how to call to front desk. The shower stall is leaking. I don’t think I will stay there again

It is super clean and I really loved the laundry machine equipped in the room.
Travelling solo and decided to stay here, amazing hotel, great rooftop bar and pool area. Very nice restaurant. Exceptional service from the staff. Special thanks to Beam on reception who helped me sort out a reservation booking issue and Khao Fang for housekeeping. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Pattaya.
This hotel is a solid choice for an extended stay. The room includes a small washer, and the staff will provide free detergent upon request. You can also have your laundry done for a fee, if preferred.
The bathroom is a bit tight, so couples may need to maneuver around each other, but the bed and pillows were fantastic—we had some of the most restful sleep of our trip!
The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, with options for meat eaters, vegetarians, and pescatarians. Location-wise, it’s within walking distance of Central Pattaya Mall and Beach Road, though we rented motorcycles to do more exploring. Parking is available, which is also plus.
The spa was excellent and definitely a highlight. The gym, however, was quite small with limited equipment. That said, there are several larger gyms nearby if fitness is a priority.
Overall, this is a great option for someone looking for a comfortable, “middle-of-the-road” stay—not overly pricey but still offering plenty of amenities for a longer visit.

Staff was very friendly and nice that help you to open door , take the luggage all the time. also, you will get a welcome drink when you were checking in! They always greeting and smiling that made us feel valued ! The bed was comfort , even the housekeeping staff are also very friendly ! I will recommend this hotel to my friend !
