Nie wieder, vollkommen unterirdisch!!
Cons:

Anreise gegen 22:50 Uhr um dann an der Rezeption zu erfahren, dass ich mein Zimmer wegen krankheitsbedingten Ausfall des Reinigungspersonals nicht beziehen kann.
Ich solle mich doch zum 20 min entfernten InterCity Hotel ( Schwesterhotel ) begeben. Dort um 23:30 angekommen, lagen der Reueption keine Infos für eine Ersatzbuchung vor.
Laut Aussage wäre ich der achte verwiesene Gast innerhalb einer Woche.
Nie wieder werde ich dieses dilettantische Hotel buchen. Hinweis ging auch an unsere komplette Firmengruppe!

Everything was perfect
Pros:

We liked everything. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big enough. The breakfast is delicious and the team members have been so nice and helpful with my mother who was staying by herself and who doesn't speak German or English.

Cons:

Osoblje 0, pogotovu Baba plava koja radi neljubazna katastrofa …. Momci za recepciom ok …Kuhinja dorucak svaki dan isti i neljubazne zene koje rade u kuhinji ..Jedva cekaju da te oteraju

schlechter Service und schlimmes Frühstück
Pros:

Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber

Cons:

schlechtes Frühstück: Säfte waren sehr verdünntes Zuckerwasser, Brötchen waren ganz hart, Gekochtes Ei auch auf Nachfrage nicht erhältlich, Personal unfreundlich
Zimmer Temperatur war nicht regulierbar, schlechte Luft
Personal an Rezeption war nicht kompetent, wusste nicht einmal die Frühstückszeiten

Sehr freundliches Personal - Egal ob beim Empfang, beim Frühstück oder Abends an der "Bar". Niicht nur das Zimmer, sondern das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber.

Alles war super. Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je war. Sehr sauber und eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte eine Terrasse. Sehr empfehlenswert.
