L emplacement.
Proche des commerces,du métro des grands lieux à visiter.

Cons:

La propreté de la literie très limite

Pas d eau chaude un matin et une chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas une autre matin.

Pas d isolation. On entend beaucoup dans les couloirs.
