klima gayet iyi çalışıyor ve odaları güzel soğutuyor. Personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltıya gittiğimiz kardeş oteldeki restoran personeli de aynı şekilde güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.Genel olarak, personelin ilgisi ve klimadan memnun kaldık
Otelimiz kahvaltı dahil olarak rezerve edilmişti, ancak girişten bir gün önce gelen mailde terasın kapalı olduğu ve kahvaltı verilmeyeceği bildirildi. Bunun yerine 15 dakika uzaklıktaki kardeş otellerine yönlendirdiler. Yokuş yukarı yürümek gerektiği için sadece bir kez gittik, diğer günlerde daha yakın bir restoranda kahvaltı yaptık.Otelin bulunduğu sokak zaten yokuş yukarı ve günün belirli saatlerinde trafiğe kapalıymış. Odalar oldukça dar ve odalar arası ses yalıtımı zayıf, sesler kolayca geçiyor. Zaman zaman ozellikle sabah tuvaletten çok ağir koku geliyordu. kahvaltı düzenlemesi, odaların darlığı ve ses yalıtımı konularında hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.

S obzirom da doručak nije bio u hotelu Grand gdje smo i imali rezervaciju , trazili smo da budemo premjesteni. Hotel Dara u koji su nas premjestili je bio na odlicnoj lokaciji tacnije na Sultanahmetu. Dorucak je bio ok i sobe ciste. Najbolji dio je roof terasa s koje se pruza divan pogled na Istanbul.

A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó.Központi helyen van,ami szerintem nagyon jó. A személyzet kedves és nagyon segítőkész. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
Nimic. Am făcut rezervare dar nu ne-am cazat la acest hotel deoarece condițiile erau ingritoare. Cadulra sufocanta în camere, una dintre camere avea un miros irespirabil care venea de la toaletă. Micul dejun ne-au anunțat cu o zi înainte de cazare ca nu se va servi în acel hotel ci la un alt hotel de mers pe jos undeva la 10 minute. Am fost nevoiți ca în miez de noapte să căutăm o altă cazare și să plătim un alt hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Grand Tower Hotel.The hotel offered excellent value for money and was more reasonably priced than the surrounding hotels.The rooms were clean,comfortable,and well-maintained.The staff were exceptionally friendly,professional,and very cooperative. They were always ready to help with a smile,making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The location was also convenient,with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.
Honestly,I didn’t have any major complaints.Everything met my expectations,Although breakfast was served at their nearby sister hotel rather than in the same building it was well organized and the food was fresh and enjoyable and the staff did their best to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Although breakfast was served at their nearby sister hotel instead of the same building, the arrangement was convenient and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
There was nothing significant that I disliked. Everything was well managed, and the staff made sure my stay was comfortable.
Unfortunately, our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The window in our room was loose and appeared to be falling off, which was both inconvenient and a safety concern.
Additionally, the door lock in our room was not functioning properly. The room could not be securely locked, and the lock remained open throughout our stay, leaving us concerned about the safety of our belongings.
To make matters worse, the hotel informed guests at the last minute that breakfast had been moved to another location. We had to walk approximately 25 minutes just to reach the breakfast venue. Since our tours were scheduled to start at 9:30 AM, we were unable to have breakfast on 2 out of the 3 days of our stay.
Overall, the poor maintenance, lack of security, inadequate communication, and inconvenience caused throughout our stay made this a very frustrating experience. We would not recommend this property and believe significant improvements are needed in both facilities and guest services.
