I was extremely happy with the location as well as the apartment itself. It was very clean and I liked that it had its own kitchen made it easier to not spend as much money on drinks
Had a little trouble with the wifi and the TV ended up figuring it out on our own eventually just took restarting the TV. Might want to let other guests know if they're having trouble with connecting to the wifi to hold the power button on the remote down to restart the TV
Nice to have private rooms when traveling with a big group
I didn't like the location because it was homeless people everywhere and we seen rats in the streets. Outside of the door going outside to the streets was filthy.
Also the dryer to dry clothes needed to be cleaned. The filter was stuffed and backed up. It took forever to dry out clothes
How close it was to everything
The front bedroom on the first floor had no power other than a lamp and fan. Very hot.
The place was very nice and large. The apartment is not noise proof at all. The sound coming from the hall outside felt like it was inside the apartment. At 3:30 in the nothing someone was emptying the garbage and it woke everyone up. The sound from people walking in the apartment above us was also an issue since they were still up past 1am. Loved the tall ceilings and convenience to French quarter...1 block from Bourbon Street. 2 washrooms was a plus too. Overall a nice place but not noise proof.
Unit was clean and very spacious. Excellent price. Many are complaining about no windows but they’re just covered by a screen. There is still light.

Lots of space...bathrooms and showers were awesome...kitchen and living room were huge!!!
Staff were very accommodating!!! The door code was broke...took a few hours to get sorted!!!
Guys were great..Only downfall was that I had to use an app to open door...kind of was a bit of an issue with 6 of us!!! Lol

The location was very central. Entry / exit easy to navigate with the code. Very spacious apartment! All rooms seemed to be equal in size which is often rare. Two bathrooms were wonderful with a group of 4. Full size kitchen was great.
No natural lighting was tough. Very hard to ascertain the weather and just get fresh air.
Even though our stay was brief, we had a fantastic evening at the property. We were impressed by the style of the place and the seamless check-in process. We are excited to book stays at other Sonder properties in the future.
Great location, spacious and modern. Very clean, comfy beds, big kitchen with new appliances and with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Had a few questions and received an immediate detailed response.
It would be great to have a shelf in the small bathroom.
Location and lots off room

location was great
Over cooker extractor/microwave is not working so not able to cook, no windows so could not even open one to cook.
Smoke alarm in hall going off for 2 nights all night, spoke to Sonder, they fixed the loose kitchen tap, but were unable to sort the extractor or the bathroom sink that was falling off or the alarm. The extractor was clearly an existing problem as it is integrated into the above cooker microwave and they had put a new microwave on the counter.
Nothing in the description about the 4-bed apartment having no windows, like living in a bunker underground. They offered £100 refund, this is not enough given we had to eat out all the time. Overall the property was tired, the bathroom door lock was broken, the list goes on, not the best and would never use a Sonder again.
It’s was a clean, and in a very good location , I felt safe
Everything was good, probably the only thing is making sure you have everything you need to stay there, also in the master bedroom I couldn’t cut on the lights without the fan, and in one of the bathrooms there is nowhere to put your clothes or toiletries
The Sonder Gallier was a great option for my extended family. Everyone had their own room and two large bathrooms to share. The in room laundry was well- utilized. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed. I brought toilet paper and paper towels, but didn't need them. The Gallier Restaurant right next door nakes a great "hotel" restaurant, offering brunch and dinner. There are a number of restaurants nearby offering everthing from cheap eats to fine dining. There is a grocery store on one corner and a CVS on the other. Many places are open 24 hours. The St. Charles and Canal St. Street cars are right outside your door, offering (now air-conditioned!) public transportation to mid-city, City Park, Uptown, Ceaser's Casino, the Riverwalk, the Aquarium, the Audobon Zoo, and the French Quarter all thd way to the French Market. The location on Carodelet just off Canal offers easy walkable access to Bourbon Street bars, Royal Street antiques,, and all the shopping, dining, and entertainment of the French Quarter. Great location. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, tho small. The living area has large windows facing the street, so it picks up street noises, especially the passing street cars, but it's the sounds of the city. The building is safe and secure, and the surrounding area is consists of commercial buildings typical of a downtown, hotels, tourists, and the usual trappings of an urban downtown area, so practice normal caution while walking the streets.

I didn't like that the whole street was under construction and there was no parking but other than that no complaints
Everything was within walking distance. No parking available therefore we had to pay to park in a parking garage.
We stayed in apartment 201. What a surprise to have no window in it. The pictures doesn’t reflect the reality of this apartment.
