Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Das Personal wirkte motiviert und es herrschte insgesamt eine positive Atmosphäre. Das Studio war modern gestaltet und eingerichtet und darüber hinaus sehr sauber.
Zu Fuß ließ sich alles (Innenstadt, Bahnhof) gut erreichen, es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Für die Nutzung als 'Ferienwohnung' war grundsätzlich alles da, um sich selbst zu verpflegen, zu kochen etc.. Für längere Aufenthalte ist es aus meiner Sicht weniger geeignet und doch eher ein Hotelzimmer. (kleiner Kühlschrank, Besteck, Geschirr, Kochuntensilien eher spärlich ausgestattet)
Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt, da uns das Frühstück zu teuer war, ohne vorher zu wissen, ob sich der Preis lohnt.

Cons:

I liked everything except the pizza. I’m not a fan of soft pizzas; I think they should be crispy with a soft filling. I also found the dough too salty for my taste. The staff and service were good, but I wouldn't eat there again. When you go out to eat, you don't want Domino's or a pizza you could buy at Aldi or Lidl.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im modernen Umfeld mit ganz tollem Personal.

Cons:

Die allgemeinen Aufenthaltsräume ( Bar, Restaurant/Frühstücksraum, Foyer) waren sehr dunkel und es spielte laute Musik. Für mich Grund genug, mich dort nur so lange wie unbedingt notwendig aufzuhalten.
