Nice property located in Minhang Hongqiao area. Hotel is well appointed and staff were all helpful. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. There are nice food options right next to and a block away.

Easy checkin, super comfortable, quite and seemed to be well located for where I needed to be. Ammenities were decent and cheap but worthy breakfast available
Nothing really stood out. Pity about the view but not much they can do about that (building construction across the road)

I wanted to check the bill for my room after I left for another city. I think it is more than 50% overcharged. But I am not getting any response from the hotel when I emailed them via Booking.Com.

It’s like some service apartment. Does not feel like an hotel. Located far from main areas.
I needed to find somewhere to stay for 2 nights. I booked Fairfield and it was so nice! The bed was so comfortable and the staff was so helpful, especially Joy! She helped me to book a taxi to the local mall where my daughter and I enjoyed a delicious dinner! #Awesome!
There must be a leak in the plumbing as the floor was wet neat the sink and shower area. The floor makes a squashy water sound when walking on that area.
