Pros:

We had a great stay. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The night clerk was an older gentleman and he was the absolute best. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was the outside of the hotel. It could use some improvement and maybe a better sign because I kept passing it.

La playa de Destin no esta a 3 min caminando
Pros:

La ubicación era buena todo estaba cerca, no alcancé una habitación con dos camas pero el sofá se hace cama y es decente!

Cons:

En realidad si vale la pena por el precio, talvez volvería a regresar y también lo recomendaría por el precio pero deberían especificar bien, NO llegas en 3 min caminando a la playa! para empezar ni siquiera me comentaron que había un acceso y ocupabas un código para entrar a la playa "más cercana" que por cierto es privada y no del mismo hotel, estuve 6 noches y fue muy triste enterarme la última noche y eso porque una niña le comentó a mi hijo y a la mañana siguiente antes de irme quise ir para la próxima saber si era cierto y resulta que si tienen un acceso al que llegas caminando cruzando una avenida mas o menos en 8 min lo mas triste esque en el hotel me dijeron que si puedo entrar por ese acceso pero que sólo era para caminar por esa playa NO METERME AL AGUA PORQUE ES PRIVADA, la razón por la que agarré el lugar fue porque la paya según estaba a 3 min y pues bueno ES MENTIRA sólo para que lo consideren antes, pero el lugar es bueno CALIDAD-PRECIO y quedan muchos lugares cerca

I would like some Reembursement do to faulty leaky A.C
Pros:

The AC leakage was horrible, the clerk had previously stated that the entire facility was filled they had no more rooms available. Which let me know i had no other options, when I saw leakage, I assumed it would eventually stop, but it didn't I used all the towels even the extra linen stored for pull out couch. I even fell going to bathroom in the late night, ne,t morning I notified staff and they immediately fixed it, hotel said booking. Com will have to compensate me.

Cons:

Horrible leakage from A.C caused me to fall.

Pros:

The inside pool and play areas were amazing kids from 8yrs to 17yrs and the all had a blast! The movie room was a plus and the location was everything!

Cons:

We love everything there we're no cons wish yhe hot tub and pool were open longer but that was it!!

Few problems but nice facility

The indoor activities and seating options

Cons:

Need room darkening curtains on windows. And air is not the best. Big problem is the beach access. Should have been told at checkin we needed to rent chairs. No beach access available anywhere. Had to Uber
