The hotel was nicely located in El Centro and we were happy that tour guides we able to pick us up.

Pros:

Hotel bonito, bien ubiado, limpio en general.
Las duchas magníficas, con fuerza de agua y regadera de masajes. Hay tina.
Buen desayuno y barato, muy amables quienes atienden el restaurante.

Cons:

Muy ruidoso, se oía hablar, pelear y reconciliarse a los vecinos, se oía la música que pone la recamarera mientras hace las habitaciones y hasta la misa de la iglesia de junto.
Las llaves del lavabo ya están desajustadas, requieren apretarlas mucho para cerrar.

A good, basic hotel
Pros:

We were here for two nights. Our room was quite small, but adequate. We were on the sixth floor with a view of the church domes next door. The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable and quiet. There was a good shower with lots of hot water. The breakfast was in the adjoining restaurant. There was a decent choice. The only issue was that the restaurant was very cold. Being from Canada, we had our winter coats with us and wore them. The staff were in ski jackets. The temperature one morning was 3 degrees Celsius (which is unusual for Mexico City). It warmed up considerably as the day progressed. The hotel has a great location quite close to the Zocalo.
