Comfortable landing spot close to everything.
Pros:

Our room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was super accommodating. Don Javier, our bellman, hooked us up with a trusted taxi driver. Natalia, our housekeeper, was friendly and helpful. Very attentive & courteous staff all around.

The Location

Cons:

First they gave me the key to someone else’s room, I walked in and someone’s else’s stuff was there. Went back to reception and told them. I reserved for a suite and it did not look like a suite, they never gave me a remote control for the tv, and we only got the electricity going in the room once, then it would not stay on and we were in the dark the rest of the night and morning we were leaving.

Really fantastic location and a cool space. The restaurant downstairs was also lovely.

Cons:

Part of the reason we booked our stay here was because it advertised an airport shuttle, but a week before our trip, I inquired about this service and staff said it was unavailable. It wasn’t too much of a concern for us, since the hotel is easily accessible from the airport, but for other travelers, it may be an inconvenience.

Emplacement idéal en plein cœur du centre historique et à proximité de la navette pour l’aéroport, bon petit déjeuner, personnel aimable, communs très beaux.

Cons:

Chambre et lit trop petits, chambre très sombre, ménage approximatif à notre arrivée (touffe de cheveux et papiers dans les toilettes), manque d’équipements dans la chambre pour un hôtel de ce standing, hôtel très bruyant
