Beautiful hotel, but inconsistent service and the inaccessibility of the advertised rooftop terrace significantly affect
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and a great location. The evening cocktails were excellent, and some members of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Cons:

The service was inconsistent and did not meet our expectations for a five-star hotel. Breakfast was average, the coffee quality was poor, and drinks often had to be actively requested instead of being offered. The biggest disappointment was the rooftop terrace. It is heavily advertised and was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. However, it was repeatedly unavailable because it was reserved for private events and external guests. We were not even allowed to briefly visit the terrace to take a look. A key feature of the hotel was therefore effectively inaccessible during our stay.

A very comfortable stay with outstanding service and genuinely caring staff.
Pros:

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept very well during our stay.

The breakfast was varied and very good with a nice selection of food.

Diogo gave us a wonderful welcome at check-in. He explained everything we could enjoy during our stay and gave us very helpful recommendations for excellent restaurants and the best ways to get around Lisbon. He made us feel as if we had a relative at the reception desk because he genuinely cared so much about our wellbeing and comfort.

The staff member at the rooftop bar was also exceptionally service-minded. It was always a pleasure to come there, enjoy the atmosphere, and admire the beautiful view.

Cons:

There were not enough towels in the room and decaf coffee was missing when we arrived. However, we informed the staff and the issue was corrected immediately.

이 호텔에 쭉 살고 싶어요. 아기와 함께해서 유모차를 끌고 (육교만 넘으면) 바닷가를 산책할 수 있어서 좋았고 요트타는 곳이 도보로 접근가능해서 좋았어요.

Cons:

미성년 자녀가 수영장에 들어갈 수 없다는 사실을 듣고 절망했습니다. 미리 알았더라면 예약하지 않았고 이 점 때문에 재방문하지 않을 것입니다. 그 부분은 개선되길 강력히 제안합니다.

Wir würden wiederkommen ...
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte entfernt vom Tejo. Das Zentrum von Lissabon ist mit der direkt vor dem Hotel abfahrenden Straßenbahn innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, die Betten prima.

Cons:

Für Lärmempfindliche könnte die direkt angrenzende Straße und die Bahn störend sein, in den späteren Abendstunden ist der Verkehrslärm jedoch deutlich reduziert.

estadia curta mas revigorante!
Pros:

Quarto grande com ótima varanda, cama confortável e um bom roupeiro.
A casa de banho também era grande com sanita separada do chuveiro e lavatório.
O rooft top é simplesmente incrível, tem umas vistas espetaculares.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais fruta variada.
