Es gab zwei Zimmer die man zusammen nehmen konnte

Cons:

Die Lage an einer vierspurigen Straße, die Brücke die nur Krach macht und die Einflugschneise der Flugzeuge direkt im Ohr. Ein lächerlicher „Wellnessbereich“ zu dem man nicht ohne Badekappe (für 5€) vorgelassen wird. Schlechtes Frühstück in einem Raum der eine Geräuschkulisse entfaltet wie eine Bahnhofshalle

Tiny bit disappointed with the pool issue!!!
Pros:

When traveling with 2 kids there are specific things we look for when selecting a property to stay in, one would be a large room/suite, facilities like a washing machine, kids club (if available), depending on the season an indoor pool is a definite advantage & a good choice of restaurants. Hyatt Regency Lisbon seemed to tick most of these boxes. The room was great from every aspect be it size, comfort, natural light you name it with all the facilities including an indoor pool. The staff from the moment you walk in are amazing & helpful in every sense of the word.

Cons:

I stress again, while the staff have been amazing, the breakfast was way below average for a Hyatt property. There is huge room for improvement on what is on offer. The biggest disappointment of our stay was that although the hotel has an indoor pool, Booking.com does not mention that it is restricted to over 16!!! It turns out that the Spa is run by an independent entity & that is the policy without ant further explanation given. I was not going to argue with that.

Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. Incluso cuenta con cocina y lavadora-secadora, lo que hace la estadía aún más práctica.

Sviten var belägen ca 300 m från den enda tillgängliga hissen från receptionen
Informationen om extrakostnader som hotellet inte informerade om: detta resulterade i att vi blev utlåsta från det förbetalda sviten. Information om detta hade inte nåtts oss via telefon, sms eller mail utan ska ha lagts in som ett brev vilket vi inte nåddes av, placerat under fel dörr!

Very good would stay again
Pros:

Comfortable, great location and friendly/helpful staff

Cons:

Struggled with climate control fault in room on 1st night which led to poor sleep. Staff quickly remedied on day2.
