Lovely hotel & much quieter than Tulum.
Pros:

Walking distance to ruins & on beach. Huts were lovely & comfortable.

Cons:

Sargassum was a bit of a problem for access to sea

Pros:

Die Lage nah am Meer und nah am Eingang zu den Ruinen. Die Leute im Service waren alle sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Behandlung durch den Manager. Wir hatten einen Bungalow gemietet und bekamen den am weitesten vom Strand gelegenen, direkt am Parkplatz, obwohl noch etliche weiter zum Strand hin frei waren und der Warmwasserboiler war ständig kaputt. Ohne die wunderbare Hilfe vom Elektriker Francisco hätten wir nie warmes Wasser gehabt. Er war wenig kooperativ und hat uns nicht besonders höflich behandelt.

Très décevant
Cons:

La plage : trop de sargasses, très décevant , le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rdv, et payer l’entrée du parc pour accéder à l’hôtel , il faudrait le préciser avant de valider la resa !!!!

O hotel é lindo, charmoso, o bangalô é grande, ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Não dá vontade de sair das espreguiçadeiras.

Pros:

Très joli hotel au bord de plage, bien situé qui permet d'aller visiter les ruines à pied. Calme. Resto délicieux.

Cons:

Peu pensé pour les familles. Pas de chaise bébé dans l'espace repas. Aucun rangement dans la chambre, compliqué de laisser toutes les affaires par terre... Logement les pieds dans le sable c'est joli et ça fait carte postale mais avec 3 enfants dont un bébé ça met vraiment du sable partout. Avec un ménage qui laisse à désirer, encore du sable par terre après le passage où même retrouvé dans les draps.
L'espace extérieur est sympathique mais manque également d'accessoires. Nous n'avions qu'une chaise pour 4, malgré plusieurs demandes on n'en a jamais eu plus. Un petit fil à linge pourrait être aussi utile pour permettre de laisser sécher maillots et serviettes. Le resto est un peu cher.

L’emplacement le calme l’hôtel est propre et le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

je sais qu’on ce trouve dans un coin du monde où il est difficile de gagner sa vie mais tout marche au pourboire et on devrait pas ce sentir obligé de laissé toujours quelque chose pour la moindre chose ,
Autres chose faite un menu enfant pas grand choses pour eux le matin des choses plus adaptés.

Nada. Infelizmente o hotel não foi transparente no que ofertou.

Cons:

Existe polícia no local e todos os veículos são revistados. Nao pode entrar com bebidas. Nem as que foram compradas para presente. Todas são confiscadas e não são devolvidas. Existe uma taxa ambiental que é paga por dia e por pessoa para entrar na reserva nacional. Todos querem te forçar a pagar 15% de garçom+ gorjetas ainda. Infelizmente não são transparentes no momento da reserva. Praia no mes de janeiro com muitas algas. Não parece que está no mar caribenho.

El hotel se ve muy descuidado, necesita a gritos mantenimiento, desde que el agua de la ducha o sale congelada o que hierve, casi se quema mi hija, el servicio le pusieron un trapo/paño para “tapar” una fuga, se ve sucio por la falta de pintura. La piscina estaba sucia, las sillas alrededor parecían con más de una semana sin limpiar, con excremento de pajaros (algo normal) pero pegadas y se notaban de días. El lugar en si, se siente sucio. El servicio se ve que lo quieren dar solo a personas “extranjeras” o de habla inglesa. Los muchachos del restaurante/bar, siempre nos hicieron mala cara, traian la comida fría porque el chef sonaba la campanita y hasta que quisieran o el chef la tocaba de nuevo varias veces traian la comida. El pedir incluso solo hielo les molestaba, sabemos que parte es vender, pero que hasta hielo para la insulina de mi mamá, era una molestia para ellos. En fin, no recomendaría este hotel a nadie, más bien dirían que lo eviten. Lo único rescatable es una de las recepcionistas que siempre fue muy atenta y nos dio consejos.

Intact with nature, beachfront heaven! I m back every January
Cons:

Gorgeous setting in nature park, right on the beach. Amazing food. Staff are excellent. Manager David is a great host. Alito has unique vibe. Its totally intact with nature and is such a great getaway.

Naturnahe Anlage mit Mängeln
Pros:

David beim check-in ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit..
Die Anlage selbst sehr einfach aber schön und naturnah gestaltet. Restaurant direkt am Strand

Cons:

Bungalow war feucht und roch schimmelig, wir konnten Dank David ein anderes Zimmer beziehen.
Schwimmen dort am Strand überhaupt nicht möglich, leider sehr viel Seetang und alles voll mit Ausflugsbooten. Am anderen Ende der Bucht konnten wir wenigstens schwimmen.(Gehzeit ca 15 min).
Haben abends im Restaurant ein Bier getrunken, leider vorher nicht nach dem Preis gefragt - 0,3 l für 160 Pesos, umgerechnet 8(!!!) Euro ,, also wirklich leicht übertrieben mit dem Preis, schade, so werden die Gäste vergrault...

Pros:

El lugar es hermoso. Las habitaciones son modestas pero cómodas y limpias

Cons:

El hotel te debería dar un brazalete blanco para utilizar el bus eléctrico.
No hay frigobar en la habitación por lo que no podes tomar nada frío salvo que lo compres en el hotel o en una especie de kiosco que está a unos 600 metros. El agua que te dan de cortesía es natural pese al calor.
Entiendo que quieren que consumas en el hotel pero el agua fría es lo mínimo que te deberían dar. Además, los precios de las comida del hotel son abusivos.

The location is the best next to the Tulum ruins and yiu are in the Jaguar Park
