Das beste Hotel in Puerto Calero. Perfekte Lage und kein Kindergeschrei. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionel. Die Suiten sauber, modern, gross und geräumig. Die Gäste Struktur ist angenehm. Daumen hoch. So sollte jedes Adults only Hotel sein. Einziger minimaler, für mich nicht so wichtiger Punkt, die Tatsache, dass das Frühstück kein 5 Sterne Niveau hat. Das hat mich aber nicht gestört, da ich nicht üppig Frühstücke.

Some really nice restaurants

Sehr ruhiges Hotel. Es wird großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und eine gepflegte Außenanlage gelegt. Macht daher auf uns einen besseren Eindruck als die meisten 5 Sterne Hotels auf Lanzarote.

Staff were exceptional and the hotel was spotless

Hervorragend nur wegen der tollen, ruhigen und sauberen Anlage. Sie ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Abzüge wegen Personal und Frühstück. Personal an der Rezeption unterkühlt. Sprechen nur englisch und spanisch. Keine Hinweise auf Veranstaltungen vor Ort (z.B. Märkte) Frühstück könnte umfangreicher sein in dieser Preisklasse. Teilweise überfordertes Personal, trotz Freundlichkeit. Sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse beim Frühstück durch die Nähe zur Küche. Trotzdem haben wir vor, nächstes Jahr wieder dort zu übernachten, wegen der traumhaften Zimmer und Lage.

Hôtel gefällt uns gut, waren das zweite Mal dort. Lediglich das Frühstück ist sehr stressig: man hat das Gefühl, dass man dort ein Störfaktor ist und schnell abgefertigt werden soll. Sehr gestresste Mitarbeiterin und sehr laut von der Küche. Nicht sehr entspannt.

This hotel is amazing . Staff friendly and polite. Views are amazing. Would recommend if you like a peaceful holiday with nice restaurants 5 minutes away

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und ruhig.
Jedoch finde ich, dass bei einer Suite in dieser Preisklasse die täglichen zwei Kaffeekabseln für 5 Euro nicht bei der Schlussabrechnung noch auftauchen.
Auch eine Flasche Mineral pro Tag würde ich begrüssen wie ich es von anderen Hotels in dieser Preisklasse gewohnt bin. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher auf der mageren Seite. Aber das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Easily the best holiday hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t fault it in any way

L'hotel est très récent, 2-3 ans.
Tout le personnel était très aimable, notamment Gary et Francisco.
Hôtel très propre, très bien entretenu.
Adults only, donc pas d'enfants.
Petit déjeuner très bon, et snack du bar jusqu'à 15:30 très bon.
Nettement mieux que l'énorme hôtel voisin.

Great hotel in a quiet area within walking distance of many restaurants. Access to the sea via steps just outside the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. On arrival the reception staff were informative, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, super clean and had the most amazing views. You’re less than 10 minutes from Puerto Calero; a beautiful marina with lovely restaurants and a bar. We wish our stay was longer and can’t wait to return.

First time at this property. Excellent suite and lovely sun deck with fine views over the marina - near enough to walk to but away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurants and bars at the marina give a good selection of options. Highly likely to return.

Superb location and views. Stylish huge bedrooms. And private terraces. Great innovative bathrooms. Spacious pool area, comfy loungers. Plenty of choice for breakfast. No dinner facility or evening bar but many options nearby.Helpful staff. Overall feeling of exclusivity and luxury. Far removed from the all inc masses in the mega hotels

An outstanding high quality hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you.
The hotel is in a great location and literally a 5 minute walk to the local marina.
The hotel itself is very peaceful and private.
If you want peace and tranquility this is the ideal hotel for you.
It would not be suitable for couples who like entertainment during the daytime or evening.
The breakfast at the hotel is one of the highest quality I have experienced at a hotel, all freshly cooked to order.
There is a small outside bar which has a good choice of drinks.
There is a lunchtime menu which again is very nice and good value.
Overall a great stay, we were there for 5 nights which felt about right, we would definitely return.
Previously we stayed Preferred club at the Secrets hotel, we preferred the Royal Marina Suites hotel.
