Pros:

Toll waren der geschmackvoll angelegte und super gepflegte Garten, das aufmerksame und ausgesprochen freundliche Personal, die exzellente Küche im Es Pati, die weite Aussicht in die Natur und die die insgesamt sehr stilvolle Atmosphäre des gesamten Hotels. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Und: Vielen Dank nochmal für das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade!

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude auch für uns zu hellhörig. Da müssen wir uns den gleichlautenden Bewertungen anderer anschließen. Auch könnte die Sauberkeit bei einem längeren Aufenthalt noch gründlicher sein.

This was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. 🌿✨

Everything about this place is simply perfect. Of course it starts with the location, surrounded by peaceful greenery and a calm atmosphere that immediately helps you relax.

The rooms are impeccable and beautifully designed. Everything is spotless, and you can tell that every item has its perfectly chosen, symmetrical place. The attention to detail is truly remarkable.

The spa is absolutely amazing. You can go whenever you want, and the sauna is properly hot at around 90°C, which I loved. Bathrobes are prepared both in the spa and in the rooms, along with slippers and plenty of fresh towels everywhere, even in the pool area.

Speaking of the pool area, it’s incredibly convenient. You can simply scan the QR code and order snacks or drinks from your phone, and they arrive in no time. 🍹 The food is delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared.

But what really makes this place extraordinary is the people. The level of kindness, generosity, professionalism, and genuine smiles is something I have rarely experienced anywhere in the world. The customer focus and attention are truly top-notch.

It was a surprise for my partner’s birthday, and it made the celebration incredibly special. 🎂 We already can’t wait to come back.

Bestes Hotel auf Mallorca
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit des Hotels sind wirklich überragend. Kaum was vergleichbares auf Mallorca erlebt. Sehr sehr ruhig, gepflegt, Betten unfassbar bequem. Frühstück sehr lecker und Abendessen traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Amazing and romantic place - we decided to stay during our whole vacation despite us tending to to stay at different hotels to see different places, but because the place was soo good it did not disappoint trying something different. The staff was also sweet and helpful, and the restaurant made good food!

Cons:

Smoking is only allowed in a dedicated area behind the restaurant, which was far from where our room was located. Our room was also not soundproof, and as the room was facing the road a lot of noice came from the cars passing by.

Just fabulous !
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux - upgrade très bienvenu - suite très bon - dîner rien à dire pour un prix archi correct. On peut se laisser vivre sans problèmes. Pas utilisé la piscine, mais cela doit être vraiment chouette avec cette vue sur la plaine de l’île. Le cadre est somptueux et à la hauteur de très bon boutique hôtels.

Cons:

Rien à reprocher … manque peut être une machine à café dans la chambre et un peu plus d’eau offerte.

Nice and tranquil, minus the effin' room.
Pros:

Scenery was off the charts!

Cons:

Got tricked into assuming we would have a nice cottage, away from other guests. What a gyp! We were one ground level appartement in a row of 4 (with 1 floor above us). Very noisy appartements, poor acoustics (could easily pick up on convoes above us and even listen in on the footy on tv).

L’alloggio è stato fantastico, lo staff molto cordiale ed amichevole.
Ho fatto la richiesta di una vasca da bagno nella stanza ed è stata accolta, pulizia eccezionale, mi è piaciuto molto i servizi da bagno ecologici ed il tocco minimalista. La spa era piccola ma funzionale ed accogliente. Il paesaggio era incredibile, perfetto per chi ha bisogno di qualche giorno di relax lontano da tutto.
Era il compleanno del mio ragazzo e ci hanno trattato benissimo, tutti gli hanno fatto gli auguri e creato un ambiente festivo nella colazione.

Cons:

La colazione non era molto ricca, mi aspettavo un po’ piu di varietà, però c’erano opzioni alla carta che abbiamo apprezzato.
