The staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean, and it is located on a beautiful property. The reception staff really helped us plan our stay and gave us some precious insider tips. The food at the restaurant is marvellous, and the ceramics made by the chef are wonderful (it is just a shame you can't buy them ;) ).
We had some small incidents that showed that the staff still needs some training. For example, we were served something for dinner that was meant for another table. We said it was okay and that we would have it, but it ended up on our bill. I think the staff, especially in the restaurant, still needs a bit of training.
The location is good if you plan on staying at the hotel for a while, but if you want to travel a lot and do day trips, the hotel is not perfectly located (that is on us and has nothing to do with the hotel, just an important information to have).
The water in the indoor pool was really cold for April, making it uncomfortable to swim. We did not like our parking-facing room, and the corridor and doors were very loud, so you could hear every time the neighbours opened or closed their doors, as well as people talking in the corridors at night.

Attention - nous avons été placés dans des chambres à côté de la route principale, sans fenêtre hors-mis la baie vitrée donnant sur la route, c’est très bruyant. Si vous avez la malchance d’être puni et recevoir ce type de chambre, vous avez l’impression de dormir sur une aire d’autoroute avec le bruit des voitures et camions qui passent.
Le petit-déjeuner est très pauvre et le service s’arrête de manière brutale à l’heure, comme dans les mauvais hôtels.
La qualité du staff est très inégale.
- Un excellent petit-déjeuner à la carte, composé de produits de qualité et préparé à la demande.
- Un emplacement idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement des environs.
- Une très belle piscine, agréable et parfaitement entretenue.
- Le calme qui règne dans les parties communes, propice à la détente.
- Un cadre bucolique, offrant un paysage magnifique et une atmosphère paisible.
- Le manque d'insonorisation des chambres. Bien que nous ayons séjourné dans une suite avec terrasse, nous pouvions entendre très distinctement les conversations des chambres voisines, sans même chercher à les écouter.
- L'absence de certains services habituellement proposés dans un établissement de cette catégorie, tels qu'un service de bagagiste, un room service ou d'autres prestations similaires.
- Les délais d'attente parfois importants lorsque nous adressions une demande à la réception.
- Le manque de réactivité du service d'étage pendant nos absences, les chambres n'étant parfois pas préparées ou entretenues dans des délais raisonnables (absence de 4 heures, et la chambre n'était pas faite).
- Cet établissement convient tout à fait pour un séjour d'une ou deux nuits. En revanche, lors d'un séjour plus long, comme ce fut notre cas, on constate rapidement les limites de l'infrastructure et de l'organisation du personnel, qui peinent à offrir un niveau de service constant sur la durée.
