Pros:

Мы забронировали этот отель с 6по 9 января, но перед вылетом,нам перенесли рейс на сутки с Атырау. На букинге нам сказали что мест нет на изменение дат с 7 по 10 января. Я вышел через WhatsApp к менеджеру, мне сперва ответили мест нет, но,через некоторое время господин Levent нос обрадовал, сказал что сумел поменять нам даты без штрафа, за что ему очень большая благодарность. А так отель расположен очень хорошо,ездили всегда на трамвае Т1, персонал отеля очень доброжелательный, некоторые знают русский язык. По просьбе, нам убирались в номере очень .В следующий раз если будем в Стамбуле обязательно приедем в эту гостиницу. Спасибо всему персоналу.

Excellent quality in great location
Pros:

The location is perfect for visitors, directly on tram 1 for visiting all important historical monuments and close enough for those who do not mind walking. The breakfast was super, lots of fresh options, excellent cheese, salads, fruit, and I'll miss their coffee. The bed was super comfortable and I had the gym all to myself at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent choice. I will definitely go back.

Pros:

The breakfast selection was good — fresh and nicely presented. I appreciated the variety of options, especially the hot items and fresh fruit. A few more healthy or vegetarian choices would make it even better.
Location was alright. Access to public transport was easy. Uber doesn't take more than 7 minutes waiting time.

Cons:

A great experience overall — consistent with Hilton standards. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.

Fire alarm went ON, because of someone smoked his room. Time was late night. It was scary :)
