Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist angemessen, und die Sauberkeit entspricht einem guten Standard. Insgesamt ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn und Straßenbahn) ist sehr gut, da sich entsprechende Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Ich kann dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Pros:

Чистый отель рядом с метро и остановкой трамвая Т1 и недалеко от основных достопримечательностей (в пешей доступности). Автобус из (в) аэропорт останавливается на площаде рядом с метро Аксалар в 5 мин ходьбы от отеля. Завтраки неплохие, но с турецкими особенностямм (в европе в данной сети отелей завтраки значительно разнообразнее и вкуснее). Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый. Номера чистые и просторные, уборка хорошая. Оставляют воду в бутылках каждый день.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция ужасная (в номерах окна из алюминия пропускают шум с улицы, а рядом магистраль и мечеть, мула будит в 5.30 утра громко зазывая на молитву, даже бирушы не помогали). Если хотите выспаться, просите номер с видом во двор

Excellent hotel and staff. I can't say enough about the staff and service. They go above and beyond to elevate your experience. The hotel itself is clean and updated, the rooms are spotless, bathrooms are updated and freshly caulked, sheets are crisp, hallways smell amazing, hotel lobby conveniently has 24/7 coffee and juices included, the gym is peaceful, clean and well equipped (cardio, free weights & functional trainer). Breakfast was exceptional-- features scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins, yogurt, wide variety of vegetables, olives, cheeses, fruits, cold cuts, breads, and much more (secret tip: you can ask the chef to make eggs for you any way you want even though they aren't out in the buffet). The lobby/hotel aesthetic is top notch, peaceful and very thoughtfully decorated. Located about a 5 minute walk to the Yusufpasa tram stop, which is about a 10 min ride to Sultanahmet area (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, etc). We walked to the Blue Mosque and it took us about 30 minutes. Bonus: we were trying to find inexpensive Turkish food that wasn't inflated for tourists, and we found Öztürk Kebap (3 min walk from hotel) and it was amazing. Incredibly flavorful food, family owned and run, and half the price of other places. We ate there at least 5 times. Overall wonderful trip, in large part due to our accommodations.

Cons:

Beds were a bit uncomfortable (though crisp and clean), but that's more of a me problem (bad back).

Понравилось все, прилетели рано утром. Завтраком покормили, багаж сдали на хранение. По готовности номера - заселили. Чисто, вкусно. Удобно расположен, до автобуса и трамвая 3 минуты, до метро 5. Рекомендуем

Bu kadar zorluk cikartma sebeplerini anlamış değilim.Booking.com rezervasyonundan devam etmek istemeyip ikinci kişi adına açılmak istenen yeni rezervasyon pek hos olmadı.4. Katta verilen ve caddeye bakan odada uyumak neredeyse imkansız , pencerelerden yoğun ses geliyor. 1 gece konaklama yaptık ve uyuyamadık. Oteldeki tek güzel şey kahvaltı personelinin sıcak ve içten davranmaları.

My room on the 4th floor was very noisy as the windows lacked proper sound insulation. The showerhead was covered in limescale, and the grout between the floor tiles was dirty. Breakfast was extremely basic. Furthermore, the staff needs training on healthy communication; the reception constantly pushed brochures and restaurant referrals instead of helping us explore the local area. It felt like they were only directing us to places they had agreements with, rather than providing genuine local recommendations.

Unrespectful Staff!
Cons:

The breakfast was very basic with limited options. Regarding room cleanliness, there were several overlooked details that need attention.
​More importantly, the lobby staff attempted to negotiate ratings and reviews before I had even checked in. Offering a "better, more spacious room" in exchange for a positive review is unethical and unprofessional. Soliciting conditional feedback before a service is even rendered is unacceptable. The staff requires urgent training on professional ethics.

Do meu quarto We checked into the hotel at 12:19 AM on April 2nd. While the arrival service was excellent (10/10) despite there being only one staff member on duty, our room (416) was freezing. The balcony door was left open, the seal was broken, and the thermostat was malfunctioning. I visited the front desk twice, but the lone employee was unable to fix the problem or offer a room change. Consequently, I didn't sleep a wink, even though the staff member tried his best to help. Furthermore, there were no amenities or soap provided in the room. By the following day, only the soap had been replaced. This was a horrible experience—truly the worst stay we have ever had
