Отель в целом произвёл положительное впечатление. Несмотря на более раннее прибытие относительно установленного времени заезда, администрация оперативно разместила нас без дополнительных условий — это говорит о высоком уровне сервиса. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный. В номере соблюдена чистота. Завтраки хорошие, достаточно разнообразные. Отдельная благодарность за комплимент от отеля - фруктовая корзина.

Недостатки:
В качестве пожелания — отсутствие банных халатов в номере. В остальном замечаний нет.

Comfortable residence and exceptional hospitality
Pros:

The location was on point. The staff were polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
We've really enjoyed the free drinks (Detox, Coffee, tea, juice .. etc.) that are available in the lobby.

Pros:

Am avut o experiență excelentă la acest hotel și îl recomand cu încredere. Camerele sunt spațioase, curate și amenajate cu bun gust, oferind tot confortul necesar pentru o ședere relaxantă.
Personalul este extrem de amabil și profesionist, mereu gata să ajute cu orice solicitare. Check-in-ul și check-out-ul au fost rapide și fără probleme, ceea ce a făcut întreaga experiență și mai plăcută.
Micul dejun a fost variat și delicios, cu opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. De asemenea, locația hotelului este excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții și mijloace de transport.
În concluzie, este o alegere foarte bună atât pentru vacanțe, cât și pentru călătorii de afaceri. Cu siguranță voi reveni!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent location to access all sites. Tram stop just up abit from hotel.
Lots to see and do around the hotel and places to eat.
Staff very helpful and any issues are sorted out straight away.
Hotel is very clean throughout. Rooms clean and tidy and a big comfy bed.

Pros:

Чистый отель рядом с метро и остановкой трамвая Т1 и недалеко от основных достопримечательностей (в пешей доступности). Автобус из (в) аэропорт останавливается на площаде рядом с метро Аксалар в 5 мин ходьбы от отеля. Завтраки неплохие, но с турецкими особенностямм (в европе в данной сети отелей завтраки значительно разнообразнее и вкуснее). Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый. Номера чистые и просторные, уборка хорошая. Оставляют воду в бутылках каждый день.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция ужасная (в номерах окна из алюминия пропускают шум с улицы, а рядом магистраль и мечеть, мула будит в 5.30 утра громко зазывая на молитву, даже бирушы не помогали). Если хотите выспаться, просите номер с видом во двор
