Der Aufenthalt war ziemlich perfekt und das Hotel wird für den nächsten Istanbul vorgemerkt.
Pros:

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer sind sehr sauber.
Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig an einer Hauptverkehrsachse mit einer guten Verbindung zum ÖNPV. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, aber wenn man empfindlich ist, sollte man fragen, ob man ein Zimmer fern der Straße haben kann.

GOOD LOCALITY WHERE U CAN HAVE EASY ACCESS TO EVERYHERE, PLUS CLEAN HOTEL
Pros:

i like the place where it is located. bus station and tram stations are just less than 100 meter from hotel.
there is ATM available in close vicinity
and wide restaurants where u can get food all day
Grocery stores are available also in the locality.

Cons:

rooms shall be little larger than existing one.
the breakfast options shall be considered to be upgraded.

Pros:

All the staff especially in the reception are very friendly and accomodating, everyday they are trying to ask our day, offer services like airport transfers, tours etc. Our whole stay was exceptionally good, the area where we are staying is excellent, not too crowded and very easy to go around...We will definitely come back again😃😃😃

The staff, specifically the front desk staff are EXCELLENT!! Always friendly, always informative and providing insight on the best way to maneuver the city.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. And that may be my perception as I thought thete would be more Turkish breakfast options available and less Westernized fare.

Hotel should improve service quality.

Disappointing experience regarding service and value. The breakfast staff was inattentive and the selection was limited. The high price is not justified by the quality provided. Additionally, the hotel failed to provide an invoice upon checkout despite our repeated requests. And Outside noise is leaking in through the windows; the window handles need to be overhauled and repaired.

Персонал хороший. Просили поменять номер, без проблем поменяли. Убираются тоже регулярно, но не тщательно

Cons:

Номера уже уставшие хотя вроде бы гостиница новая. Ремонт очень простой но дизайн хороший. Также если номер выходит на проезжую часть то готовьтесь слушать очень громкие молитвы и сначала машин с проезжей части.
Завтраки никакие. Есть просто нечего. Перебивался кексиками.

Great breakfast that was good and nourishing. Excellect staff who enjoyed their work, and were most helpful with any assistance you may require. Our room was a good size with an excellent king size bed. Well located to visit all the sights with tram and underground nearby.
