Overall is OK, but there are some rooms to improvement
Pros:

We’ve noticed that the Wi-Fi speed has become very slow, especially when the area is at full capacity with many people connected. The current speed is insufficient even for basic tasks like receiving or downloading emails.

Could you please help look into this and improve the network performance?

Cons:

I’d like to share some feedback regarding the 3rd floor restaurant. The overall quality of the dishes needs improvement, and it would be great if a more experienced chef could be brought in to enhance the menu and taste.

I recently had a business meal there with my local Chinese colleagues, and unfortunately, the food quality did not meet expectations. Improving this would make a big difference for both staff and guests.

Очень хороший отель, с хорошими чистыми и просторными номерами, отличный завтрак, персонал англоговорящий. Расположение было удобно по работе, поэтому и был выбран данный отель. Стоимость за свой уровень просто идеальна.

Cons:

Опять же расположение - не очень подходит для туристических целей.

Good experience overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean and the location ideal for the purpose of my trip (close to the visited company and also within walking distance of the Metro). The gym facilities were good.

Cons:

Bar facilities poor, early closing and limited offering. Pool rules inhibited use (googles and hair cap requirements are too much). There was also no facility to purchase snacks and drinks (vending machines or a small shop).

Nice hotel but too far from central Suzhou.
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and the room was lovely. The room service was efficient and the food very good.

Cons:

It was so far from anywhere and surrounded by construction sites. There is really nothing to see or do in this location.

行政酒廊咖啡机故障，服务员宁可回复“无法提供咖啡”，也不愿意用行动去解决问题；行政酒廊周一到周三关闭，令人费解；仅限于精美图片的早餐质量实在过于低劣，可颂蛋堡，“没有”，班尼迪克蛋，“没有”，鸡蛋卷呢，“无法提供”，牛肉面，“无法提供，且汤底是羊肉汤”；食材普遍较差，且客人吃完后也没有补充，甚至出现了因鸡蛋吃完，不能提供荷包蛋的场景；下午两点多也无人打扫客房，需要电话催促；作为一家去年开业的酒店，设备已显陈旧，服务意识有待加强，服务态度需要推到重来，这些都不能靠服务员的谦卑以及“抱歉给您不好的体验”等语言来拯救。

Beautiful spacious hotel
Pros:

The hotel tried hard to provide a good selection at the buffet breakfast. Quality of the food, especially Chinese food, was pretty decent. Staff was super helpful, especially Ms Cai and Mr Qin.

Cons:

Nothing except for the location. There’s not much around the hotel, but this is reflected in the price so can’t complain.

Beautiful and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed and furnished to a high standard.The ceiling of the room is very high which adds to the feeling of spaciousness, the bathroom is huge with shower and toilet behind separate doors, which I appreciate. The staff is courteous and enthusiastic. I will certainly stay there again in future.

Cons:

Not much nearby. However Suzhou bay golden lakeside tourist area is about 12-15 minutes’ drive away. It’s a large well managed park with a huge museum. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the exhibition while we were there.

Great room slow service in restaurant
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, roomy and has great amenities. The restaurant service was very very slow. If you ask for something you need to ask twice at times.
