Excelentes estancia en Monterrey
Pros:

El buffet estaba riquísimo todos los días. Me gustó el servicio de limpieza de la habitación ¡muy bien hecho! Y la amabilidad de los trabajadores, era un gusto poder saludarlos en las instalaciones.
También AGRADEZCO enormemente que el hotel cuente con materiales (cepillos de dientes, rastrillos, botellas de agua): me salvaron en diversas ocasiones 😁

Pros:

Me gustó que fui para el maraton de monterrey, y nos recibieron a los corredores.
Creo que pudo haber mejorado el recibimiento, regalando algun recuerdo o algo sencillo.

Cons:

La llegada fue un poco complicada ya que la entrada desde el centro comercial esta muy escondida y mal señalizada.
El desayuno no fue lo mejor debido a que estaban saturados por el maraton pero no quita un gramo del excelente servicio.
