Pros:

Well maintained facility. Polite and friendly staff. A limited collection of antics. Great art gallery with some original paintings from Ravi Varma, M F Hussin and others. The drawing board with white canvas and drawing materials will certainly pull you to test your drawing skills!

Lots of activities for kids and adults.

Nice food and good staff.

Cons:

The swimming pool should have been with more fresh water and clean.

Rooms were not sound proof.

Please change the management. Propertey is nice.
Pros:

The property is nice but it’s like a guest house rather than a hotel.

Cons:

the management of the hotel was non existent the manger was in ahmedabad the hotel was run by two house keeping staff. As soon as we entered the hotel we were not welcomed. had to call the manager and then things were sorted. one person sits at reception and another would serve and there is no room service. There is no food after 10. but the room service waiter was really helpful. But ultimately was a pleasant stay.
