Modern, confortable room

Cons:

Swimming pool not accessible, despite being a big feature on website and images, and a key eeason for me booking in that hotel. Although rhey claim to be very close to the airport, the actual travel distance is much longer.

I would still stay at this
Pros:

The stay and staff were brilliant I always stay at this hotel rooms are clean and size is great tooo. The room dining is also lovely

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Clean hotel and room, good facilities and comfortable bed.

Cons:

This hotel is not as close to Chandigarh airport as suggested. By taxi it was 15minutes.
Staff on reception were not particularly welcoming.
The food and drink in the restaurant was expensive in relation to Indian prices. The restaurant/ bar area was chilly.
There was a birthday party for a 2 year old! The loud music/band started around 9.30pm. Our room was on the 4th floor and it was excessively loud. By 1030pm it was unbearable so we rang reception to see what time it was finishing. We recorded the noise as we travel extensively and have never heard anything like this.
Soon after I rang reception it quietened down. It felt like it was going on in the lobby but it must have been in a room where they eventually closed the doors!
I'm sure other guests must have complained.
There was no mention of this on check out or questioning us re our stay.
Very disappointed that a well known and respected brand had no interest in its guests

excellent place near the airport
Pros:

it was a large nice clean room. armchairs and comfortable study chair added to the usability of the room. overall an excellent place to spend a few nights, anything negative is purely niggles and do not bother at all.

Cons:

the light switch layout was slightly old fashioned- with switches being located locally near the functions rather than on a master panel.
shower and taps had a delay in hot water, guess the recirculation pump was not working.
coffee provided was very ordinary and expected more from a hotel of this standard.
oh yes, the approach roads are scary and bad, had a tough time coming in from the airport even though it is so close by.

Perfect in every way
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options and a large seating space. The hotel was very clean and the decor was nice. It was easy to book cabs from the hotel. The spa was excellent too.

Everything was perfect!

There was a pungent smell coming from the bathroom drain i guess which made us call the housekeeping twice.
