Trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Större rum än den vanliga standarden vilket uppskattades. Rent och fräscht.

Cons:

Kanske om det var lite närmare en tågstation men det fanns bussar. Lite långt till vissa sevärdheter men nära tokyo station med buss.

The hotel is wonderful, in a perfect location, close to Gojo subway station - a 5-minute walk. A 20-minute walk from the main Kyoto Station and Teamlab. A 10-minute walk to Yasaka Shrine. Great restaurants and shops are located near the hotel. The rooms are bright, despite their small size, spacious, and very well-appointed with a well-thought-out layout. You can store your suitcase under the bed. Amenities include bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Japanese breakfast. The daily menu was served in the elevator. The service in the restaurant and at the reception was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick.

Отличный тихий отель рядом с центром города.

Мы бронировали смежные номера, от этого нам показалось, что пространство обоих номеров немного увеличилось, так как в Японии номера маленькие. Отель чистый, на рецепшен можно выбрать пижаму, туалетные принадлежности, разнообразный чай в пакетиках, в номере есть чайная станция. Нам понравились косметические средства в ванной комнате. К сожалению уборка в отеле лишь на третий день. Но очень понравилось, что полотенца можно менять ежедневно, надо лишь повесить соответствующую табличку на дверь. Мы уже в отеле приобретали себе завтрак, для этого на рецепшен нужно его оплатить. Но процедура оплаты проходила слишком медленно, но в целом работа персонала была профессиональная. Завтраки разнообразные, меню расписано на всю неделю. Нам новая для нас еда очень понравилась. Рядом с отелем станция метро, много остановок городских автобусов, добраться до любой достопримечательности очень легко.

Unfortunately the hotel reception stuff was horrible! It was a really bad surprise to be treated the way they treated us! We were a group of 6 and we spent 2 hours arguing with the front desk because they wanted us to pay extra for 2 people, because on the reservation for double rooms there was only one name. We didn't have any problems, with the same kind of reservation before that in Tokyo and after that, in Osaka. Only in this hotel in Kyoto. We were lied that only one person speaks English when we started the argument about the reservation, but during the 2 hours ordeal, we found out that everyone at the front desk speaks English. We were treated with disrespect the whole time, and the only goal was to get more money from us! We were told that this happens a lot in this hotel which is part of "fastest growing hotel chain in Japan", and when people face this situation, they just pay! Only after more than an hour on the phone with Booking.com, the problem was resolved and we were allowed to check in! Again, we had no problems in Tokyo and Osaka with the same type of reservation.
TRAVELERS, BE AWARE OF THIS HOTEL POLICY, when it comes to making reservation! They require that you put the name of every guest that is going to stay in their hotel, otherwise you will be charged extra!

El personal, molt atent. Les instal·lacions modernes. Ben situat i força a prop de diferents parades de bus i metro.
