Hôtel bien situé, chambre bien équipée et propre mais très sombre et avec fenêtre vérrouillée.
Pros:

Chambre bien équipée et propre, hôtel bien placé dans le centre de Kyoto, personnel gentil.

Cons:

Les fenêtres de toutes les chambres de cet hôtel sont verrouillées et ne s'ouvrent pas. En plus de ne pas s'ouvrir, ma fenêtre donnait sur un mur, donc la chambre était totalement sombre même en plein jour. Quand j'ai signalé le problème, le personnel de l'hôtel m'a proposé de changer de chambre mais en payant un supplément, ce que je n'ai pas trouvé très correct de leur part.

Good location but noisy surrounds
Pros:

The location was handy to the station and popular areas

Cons:

Both nights I was woken in the middle of the night with workers running trolleys along the back of the premises for quite some time. Very annoying as I was on the second floor so it was virtually outside my room.

Дуже хороший готель для ночівлі у короткі подорожі
Pros:

Хороший готель зі всіма зручностями. Зранку сніданок "шведський стіл". Крім стандартних чаїв та засобів гігієни, були також маски, крема та засоби по догляду за шкірою.

Cons:

Не очікувала, що буде додаткова плата за заселення раніше 15:00. Інші готелі раніше заселяли без додаткових оплат, бо номер був потрібен тільки щоб залишити речі і піти в місто.

Comfortable, convenient, clean, friendly, relaxing!
Pros:

This property was close to the train station. As well as many convenience stores around for you to shop at even late at night. The room was bigger than my usual rooms in Japan. Super clean room with a nice shower and bathtub. Great amenities downstairs and super friendly staff. There’s also food shops around that you can walk to and grab an amazing meal!
