The bathroom smell of sewage
The breakfast buffet was good.
It says it was close to the mall but you have to cross a busy road to get there.
our first time staying and really love everything about it. Anastasia (hope I got her name right) at the front office helped settle us in, a total breeze. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous, spread was wide, not huge which was great, just right. Chef who cooked us the omelette was excellent! one of the best I've tasted! Bravo! and mercí.
At breakfast, it would be good if guests get to be seated (if that's possible although we can see staffing is a challenge) as opposed to finding their own way and very important for many people, is clean tables :)

Aircon isn’t functioning well. It’s warm even after multiple checks.. We have to use the portable fans so cool the room..
It took them very long (45mins) to deliver fork n spoon to our room during evening break fast (ramadhan). They wanted to clear my plate when im still eating during dawn (not fasting) morning breakfast.

The toilet shower design. There should be a separate flexible shower hose only for washing of feet should we not require to wash our hair.

The rooms aren't soundproof so I am able to hear when there is noise outside or the opposite room.
