Pros:

Breakfast spread is about the only excellent you can find in this hotel. Be early if not you have to wait for table

Cons:

dont like the layout of the room especially the position of the toilet door that so close to the entrance door. Room is quite small for Msian standard

opero will be the hotel me and my family book when we go to jb.
Pros:

check-in is very smooth. room is very clean, spacious & quiet. the gym is 24 hrs & pool also excellent.

Cons:

the shower can improve. also the nasi lemak.

Overall fantastic! I always will book this place
Pros:

Clean! Luxurious, location is not with traffic jam and is 5 mins walk to mid valley Southkey mall. It’s my favourite destination hotel to stay. Their service is excellent! I had a great time at the pool bar, lounge bar and breakfast as always.

There’s no robe…

A great place for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were polite and attentive. They were able to meet our requests within 5-10 minutes and wherever possible. They had a great breakfast and the food was delicious. It was nearby to Mid Valley and had shuttle services hourly.

Cons:

The doors were pretty hard to close and some of the locks were not tightly fixed (we had 3 rooms in total).

Refreshing break in JB
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The staff were thoughtful to bring down the blinds when the sun started to shine into the dining hall. There was a staff walking around making balloon animals and flowers for the young and the young at heart. Was also surprised that the bar, situated next to the breakfast restaurant, had papers and colouring materials for kids to doodle at the tables in the morning.
