Clean rooms and comfortable beds as well as the attentive staff who were able to place our kids’ rooms close to each other. Loved the buffet spread!!
The flush on the toilet did not work on our last day and there was leaking at the bottom of the sink

Rooms are generally clean and it was comfortable to sleep on the given bedding and pillows. Swimming pool is large and nice to swim in, except that it can be really warm in the day.
The breakfast is quite expensive for a small variety and it took them quite long to refill. The shower head in the bathroom is also non-adjustable so it can be rather inflexible

Venue was accessible, staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was decently good
The aircon wasn’t very cold even when brought to the lowest and the room that I stayed in didn’t have hot water.

Maybe booked thru booking.com that’s why get lousy room or maybe this the standard
Breakfast selection okay but bcos its ramadhan month not much selection, actually its return stay after last pleasant stay with good breakfast but now wont come back again maybe will opt for other hotel for priced RM450 per night
So please opt for other hotel in JB comparing value for money. Thanks
