The hotel is located in a prime area at walking distance to a big mall. Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Thank you. Short stay but the staff, transport service to Mid-valley and facilities are excellent and convenient.

Cons:

All met our expectations.

Thank you for making me feel privileged while traveling for work.
Pros:

At a really quiet area but close to the city centre. Very suitable for a short stay for work.

Cons:

Room is slightly smaller than expected but if it’s for work it’s good enough.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and decent. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

No make-up room after requesting since morning. Door lock was faulty and they told us it was because we locked from inside, but we were out the whole day. Front office staff was unsure of everything and the service.

Manager and staff were nice and polite. Location with free shuttle service was great.

Cons:

Though the room was clean, Room 714 bathroom has a very strong sewage smell.

Near to mall and jb sentral, hotel so nice and staff greet watmly. Just maybe can add one shower cap in the toilet and a bathrobe. Overall pleasant stay😊

Pros:

The food have improved a lot. Good job. Well done.

Cons:

1. The toilet - the hand bidet need to be change 2. The shower area should have a hand held shower tap coz not everyone like the rain shower. Plus since there is no hand held shower, it affect the water flow into the hole. 3. The aircon - we have 2 rooms...both are not functioning well. one take time to cool the room and the other are erratic. 4. The breakfast seating arrangement need to be redesign. Too cramped and back to back hotel guest could not move. This create unnecessary tension especially when the other choose not to move.
